PILKADA : Ketua DPC Demokrat Merangin, Fauzi Ansori bersama Ketua DPD Demokrat Provinsi Jambi, Burhanuddin Mahir beberapa waktu yang lalu.
JAMBI- Partai Gerakan Indonesia Raya (Gerindra) satu persatu mulai merapungkan dukungannya di Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) 2018 mendatang. Buktinya, partai besutan Prabowo Subianto ini memberikan sinyal dukungan kepada Fauzi Ansori (Ojie) maju di Merangin.
Dukungan itu sejak awal sebenarnya sudah terlihat. Hanya saja, Gerindra masih membutuhkan keyakinan untuk memantapkan pendirian mendorong calon agar bisa kembali memangkan Pilkada.
Wakil Ketua DPD Gerindra Provinsi Jambi, Syahbadar dikonfirmasi tidak membatah bila dukungan partainya sudah mengarah pada Fauzi Ansori. Hal ini terlihat dikonfrimasi usai mengikuti Paripurna DPRD Provinsi Jambi, Selasa (26/9) kemarin.
“Mengarahnya memang kesana (Fauzi Ansori, red). Tapi tahapanya masih berjalan,” ujarnya.
Syahbadar mengatakan jika mantan Ketua Bappeda Provinsi Jambi itu memiliki komunikasi yang baik dengan partainya. Namun perosalan dukungan, pihaknya masih ingin menunggu keputusan dari DPP.
“Kita tunggu saja dari DPP. Insyaallah dalam waktu dekat ini sudah rampung,” katanya.
Pimpinan DPRD Provinsi Jambi ini menjelaskan, saat ini partainya masih melakukan survei. Dari survei itulah akan diputuskan siapa yang akan diusung.
“Kalau Fauzi Ansori memang dikehendaki masyarakat, kenapa tidak,” katanya.
Sementara itu, Fauzi Ansori dikonfirmasi belum lama ini sudah mengantongi sejumlah dukungan Parpol. Disamping PKPI juga da Demokrat yang membrikan dukungan penuh kepadanya.
“nanti ada lagi beberpa Parpol, tapi saya belum bisa sampaikan sekarang,” katanya.
Tidak hanya itu, dirinya juga mengantongi 9 nama calon pendampingnya. “Sudah ada 9 nama pendamping yang kita fix kan,” pungkasnya.
