Kasus Narkoba Diamanakan Polisi
MERANGIN - Satuan Reserse Narkoba Polres Merangin berhasil amankan pelaku tindak pidana narkoba jenis sabu-sabu. Kali ini Sares Narkoba berhasil mengamankan pria berinisial OK (40) warga asal Payukumbuh, Sumatra Barat.
Pelaku Narkoba ini diamankan di kediamannya di simpang tiga Kebun Sayur, Kelurahan Dusun Bangko, Kecamatan Bangko, Polisi juga menyita sejumlah barang haram dari tangan pelaku.
Hal itu dibenarkan oleh Kasat Narkoba Iptu Robinson Singarimbun ketika dikinfirmasi Selasa (8/1) kemarin. Kasat mengatakan angotanya melakukan pengamanan satu orang pelaku tindak pidana narkotika jenis sabu-sabu.
Sementara itu Kapolres Merangin AKBP I Kade Utama Wijaya melalui Kabag Humas Polres Merangin Iptu Sobri juga membenarkan jika pihak Kepolisian mengamankan barang bukti dan pelaku ke Mapolres Merangin.
”Angota mengamankan satu orang berinisial OK (40) warga asal Sumatera Barat dengan barang bukti 0.80 gram dan plastik kecil yang diduga untuk mengedarkan sabu-sabu tersebut,” katanya.
Dijelaskan lagi oleh Kabag Humas, penangkapan tersangka narkoba berawal dari adanya laporan dari warga sekitar tempat tersangka tinggal yang merasa resah dengan keberadaan pelaku di wilayah itu.
”Angota mendapat laporan dari warga. Anggota langsung bergerak menuju TKP untuk melakukan pengecekan ada atau tidak adanya barang tersebut. Angota mendapatkan barang tersebut,” jelas Iptu Sobri.
Ditambahkan lagi oleh Kabag, pelaku akan dikenakan pasal 114 (1) dan pasal 112 (1) dengan ancaman kurungan selama 15 tahun kurungan.
”Pelaku akan dikenakan pasal 114,112 UU No 35 tahun 2009.Ancaman kurungan selama 15 tahun penjara,” tandasnya.
