Aktivis A2K saat datangi Kejari Tebo kemarin
MUARATEBO - Aktivis yang tergabung dalam Aliansi Anti Korupsi (A2K) menuding kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Tebo mandul dalam menanggani kasus LPJU di Kabupaten Tebo. Hal ini disampaikannya saat gelar orasi di Kantor Kejari Tebo.
Dalam orasinya, pihak A2K meminta agar kasus LPJU yang kini ditangani Kejari Tebo segera dituntaskan sampai ke akar-akarnya.
Tidak hanya itu, A2K Tebo mendesak Kejari Tebo menuntaskan kasus ini dalam tempo sesingkat sesingkatnya, maksimal 3 bulan harus ada aktor intelektual dalam kasus tersebut yang diseret oleh Kejari Tebo kemejah hijau.
Kepada para pihak yang berusaha mengintervensi dan menghambat kasus ini, agar segera bertaubat dan biarkan hukum tegak setegaknya di Kabupaten Tebo.
Kedatangan aktivis di Kantor Kejari Tebo, pada senin (10/12) kemarin disambut langsung oleh Kasi Intel Kejari Tebo Agus Sukandar dan Kasi Pidsus Kejari Tebo Efan Apturedi.
Terkait tuntutan aktivis ini, Efan menjelaskan bahwa, jika kasus LPJU ini sudah ditingkatkan dari penyelidikan menjadi penyidikan. Saat ini, lanjut Efan menjelaskan, pihaknya masih menunggu hasil audit kerugian negara dari BPKP perwakilan Jambi.
"Senjak bulan Juli kemarin kasus ini sudah kita tingkatkan menjadi penyidikan. Dan yang jelas kasus LPJU masih terus berlanjut. Administrasi sudah kami lanjutkan ke Kajati dan KPK sebagaimana SOP yang berlaku. Terkait deadline penanganan kasus ini, kalau hasil audit sudah kami terima, baru kami bisa bergerak," jelasnya.
"Dan untuk pemeriksaan saksi-saksi sudah kami lakukan. Lebih dari 100 Kades sudah kami periksa, juga 100 lebih bendahara sudah kami periksa begitu juga pihak terkait," timpalnya.
Agar penanganan kasus ini transparan, Efan menyilahkan kepada para aktivis terus mengontrol kinerja penyidik di kejaksaan. Dan dipastikan kasus ini tidak mandek, karena masih menunggu hasil dari BPKP terkait kerugian negara.
"Silahkan kontrol kami. Tapi ingat, ada SOP yang kita pegang dalam menjalankan tugas. Kami penegak hukum harus hati-hati. Kalo salah kami bakal di praperadilan," ucapnya.
