Pelaku ZA dan barang bukti yang diamankan pihak kepolisian Batang Hari
MUARABULIAN - Dari empat orang kawanan perampokan di alfamart Muara Tembesi, Satu orang pelaku perampokan yang terjadi pada 23 Januari 2019 sekitar pukul 22.00 wib, akhirnya dibekuk polisi.
Selang waktu 24 jam, polisi berhasil membekuk pelaku. ZA bin Mubakir warga Desa Sungai Pulai Tembesi. Saat ditangkap pelaku mencoba melawan petugas, akhirnya pelaku di hadiahi timah panas pada kaki sebelah kiri.
Informasi yang diperoleh menyebutkan, ZA dibekuk oleh tim gabungan Buser Sat Reskrim Polres Batanghari dan Polsek Muara Tembesi di Komplek Air Panas Muarabulian.
Saat di interogasi petugas dari Sat Res Reskrim, tersangka ZA saat melakukan aksinya tidak sendirian. Tersangka mengaku bersama rekanya yang berinisial JAF yang saat ini masih dalam pengejaran Tim gabungan.
Dari hasil penangkapan tersebut, Tim Gabungan berhasil menyita barang bukti, 1 pucuk senpi/pistol mainan. 1 buah Senjata Tajam jenis Pisau, 1 unit Hp Nokia dan 1 Unit Tablet Samsung, 1 Unit Receiver CCTV, 4 Slop Rokok Sampoerna dan 2 slop rokok Surya, 1 unit Laptop Toshiba. 1 Unit SPM Honda Beat, Uang sebesar Rp. 510.000,-. 1 Tas warna hitam dan beberapa potong pakaian dan jaket yang digunakan pelaku.
Kapolres Batanghari AKBP Moh Santoso SH.,S.I.K melalui Kasat Reskrim saat dikonfirmasi mengatakan bahwa, untuk mempertanggung jawabkan perbuatanya, tersangka ZA yang sekarang telah diamankan di Polres Batanghari diancam dengan pidana sebagaimana dimaksud dalam pasal 363 KUH Pidana. “Iya, baru satu orang pelaku kita amankan,”kata Kasat Reskrim Polres Batanghari AKP Dhadhag Anindito.
