Pelaku Judi ONLINE diamanakan Polisi
MUARATEBO - Tim Sultan Polres Tebo berhasil mengungkap kasus judi online di wilayah hukum Polres Tebo tepatnya di di desa Sumber Sari Unit 11 Rimbo Ulu. Pelaku judi online yang berjumlah dua orang ini berhasil di amankan pada Senin (21/01) sekira pukul 17:00 wib kemarin.
Dua tersangka tersebut ialah SN (36) warga Jln Jayapura 014/004 Desa Sumber Sari Kec. Rimbo Ulu Kab.tebo dan rekannya AS (44) petani warga Desa Sumber sari kini sudah diamankan di Mapolres Tebo.
Dari tangan SN polisi berhasil menyita 1(satu) unit handphone merk Oppo f3 warna hitam, Uang senilai Rp 95.000,00, sementara dari tangan AS ada uang Tunai Rp 20.000,00.
Penangkapan kedua pelaku berawal dari laporan Polisi Nomor : LP / A - 10 / I / Jambi / Res Tebo / SPKT , Senin Tanggal 21 Januari 2019.
Kasat Reskrim Polres Tebo, AKP Hendra Wijaya Manurung membenarkan adanya penangkap kedua pelaku terkait aksi perjudian di desa Sumber Sari Unit 11 Rimbo Ulu.
"Ya benar, ada penangkapan kasus judi Online di Rimbo Ulu. Kedua pelaku dan sejumlah barang bukti sudah diamankan di Polres Tebo," kata Kasat. Selasa (22/01) kemarin.
Hendra menceritakan aksi penangkapan berwawal dari informasi yang di dapat bahwa di Jln ujung padang unit 11 Desa Sumber Sari Kec.Rimbo Ulu Kab.Tebo terdapat tindak pidana perjudian yang beredar.
Tidak ingin buruannya lepas, anggota Polres kemudian bergegas menuju lokasi untuk melakukan penangkapan. Tanpa adanya perlawanan polisi berhasil mengamankan Sdr SN dan Sdr AS beserta barang bukti (BB).
Kemudian setelah dilakukan pengecekan dan pengembangan polisi kaget ternyata disalah satu ponsel tersangka yakni SN terdapat situs web judi online ATMTOTO yang berisikan transaksi pengiriman, deposit, pemasangan nomor dan penarikan uang yang digunakan untuk melakukan tindak pidana judi online jenis togel tersebut.
"Sementara mereka (pelaku,red) kita tahan di Polres guna pemeriksaan lebih lanjut. Keduanya akan dikenakan pasal 303 KUHPidana tentang perjudian," pungkas Hendra.
