Tim Resolusi Konflik yang dibentuk melalui Surat keputusan Kepala Dinas Provinsi Jambi No 168/ Kpts/Dishut5_3/VIII/2018 ini merupakan tim multipihak yang terdiri dari Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan, Pemerintah Provinsi, Pemerintah Kabupaten, Perusahaan, Lembaga Studi dan LSM yang bekerja di wilayah lansekap Bukit Tiga Puluh yang bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi terbaik atas penyelesaian konflik di area PT LAJ dan PT WW.


Dalam acara tersebut tampak hadir Asisten 1 Bupati Tebo Amsiridin, Kepala Kantor Kesbangpol Erlynda, Project Manager KKI Warsi Robert Aritonang, dan perwakilan dari Kejaksaan Negeri, Dinas Pendidikan, Dinas Sosial, Dinas Catatan Sipil dan Kependudukan, beberapa LSM dan perusahaan di sekitar PT LAJ dan PT Wanamukti.

Sekretaris Tim Resolusi Konflik Arifadi Budiarjo dalam sambutannya mengungkapkan bahwa FGD ini merupakan upaya dari POKJA untuk mensinergikan program pemberdayaan Orang Rimba di konsesi PT LAJ dengan para pemangku kepentingan. 


"PT LAJ dan PT WW telah melakukan studi bersama lembaga ahli independen dan melakukan beberapa rintisan program bagi Orang Rimba. Ke depan, perusahaan juga akan memfasilitasi beberapa program layanan dasar seperti pendidikan, kesehatan dan penghidupan yang bekerja sama dengan para pemangku kepentingan yang tergabung dalam POKJA Orang Rimba TRK," ujarnya.


Sementara itu, Project Manager KKI Warsi Robert Aritonang mengatakan bahwa Orang Rimba perlu mendapatkan perlindungan dan secara intens didampingi dalam beradaptasi dengan pola penghidupan baru mereka. Perubahan kawasan hutan tidak memberikan banyak pilihan selain mengajak beradaptasi dengan pola penghidupan menetap seperti perkebunan karet dan ini sangat cocok dengan usaha PT LAJ dan PT WW.


Pengalaman WARSI di Kabupaten lain mendampingi komunitas Orang Rimba yang pada akhirnya berhasil menjalin kemitraan dengan satu perusahaan HTI. 


"Selama 3 tahun program telah dengan baik dan kuncinya ada pada pendampingan. Sedangkan pelatihan penyadapan di komunitas Orang Rimba tenaga ahli kami membutuhkan waktu 6 bulan," ungkap Robert.
