MUARATEBO - Ratusan sekolah tingkat SD maupun SMP di Kabupaten Tebo terpaksa harus pinjam uang sana-sini untuk keberlangsungan proses belajar mengajar. Pasalnya, dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) untuk SD dan SMP untuk Triwulan Pertama 2019 hingga kini belum juga dicairkan.
Terkait hal tersebut langsung dikatakan oleh Ngatari. S.Pd, Kepala SDN 79 Suka Maju, Kecamatan Rimbo Ulu, ia mengatakan bahwa saat ini sudah masuk triwulan ke II, namun sampai saat ini pihak sekolah belum menerima dan BOS.
" Untuk dana BOS triwulan pertama memang belum turun. Ya harus diakui itu cukup mengganggu, apalagi saat ini sudah memasuki penghujung triwulan dua. Semoga saja dalam waktu dekat bisa segera turun,”kata Ngatari saat dikonfirmasi, senin (29/04/2019).
Dia mengatakan, akibat dana BOS belum turun maka dirinya terpaksa mencari dana talangan untuk menutup kebutuhan sekolah. Sebab, pengeluaran ATK, listrik dan lainnya harus dibayar setiap bulannya. Jika sampai akhir bulan ini BOS belum turun juga, pihaknya akan sangat kesulitan untuk memikirkan operasional di bulan Juni.
" Sejauh ini saya pakai dana sendiri. Jika dana dari saya tidak cukup terpaksa juga minjam ke sana kemari lagi. Untuk jaminnya, nanti ketika BOS turun maka pinjaman itu baru akan dibayar,” kata dia.
Ditanya apa penyebab dana BOS hingga saat ini belum cair, Ngatari mengatakan, ada beberapa persyaratan yang belum terpenuhi diantaranya, Rencana Kegiatan dan Anggaran Sekolah (RKAS). " Kalo SPJ BOS 2018, sudah kita serahkan. Cuma dari dinas minta kita mengumpulkan RKAS dan RKA," ucapnya.
Hal senada juga sampaikan oleh Kepala SMPN 3 Rimbo Bujang, Selamet. “ Ya, dana BOS hingga saat ini belum ada pencairan, untuk operasional sekolah kita ngutang. Saya rasa semua sekolah di Tebo sama karena dana BOS belum cair,” ujarnya.
Biasanya, kata Selamet, dana BOS triwulan pertama paling lambat masuk ke rekening sekolah pada bulan Maret. “ Ini sudah di penghujung triwulan dua, tapi belum cair juga. Informasinya pencairan dana BOS belum ditandatangani oleh pak gubernur," kata dia.
Sementara, Sindi, Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Disdikbud) Kabupaten Tebo, saat dikonfirmasi melalui via telpon belum ada jawaban. Kemudian, harian ini langsung mengonfirmasikan ke Wakil Bupati Tebo, Syahlan, untuk menghubungi Kadis Pendidikan Tebo melalui sambungan telpon.
" Kata Pak Sindi, dana BOS tinggal nunggu pencairan lagi," kata Syahlan, menirukan kata Sindi. (Zie)
