Tersangka saat diamankan Satreskrim Polres Batanghari....
MUARABULIAN - IS (39) tahun, warga desa Sungai Buluh, kecamatan Muarabulian, kabupaten Batanghari harus berurusan dengan polisi.
IS diamankan oleh Satreskrim Polres Batanghari karena nekat melakukan tindak pidana pasal 378 KUHP dan Pasal 372 KUHP.
Informasi yang dihimpun, IS melakukan tindakan penipuan pada 15 April 2019 sekira pukul 08.00 wib. Saat itu IS mengaku kepada korban bahwa dirinya anggota polisi dan bisa mengurus keluarga korban yang sedang tersandung kasus hukum.
Atas iming-iming tersebut, akhirnya keluarga korban memberikan sejumlah uang kepada IS agar dapat segera mengeluarkan keluarga korban yang sedang tertahan di Polsek Muarabulian. Namun, setelah uang diberikan dan keluarga korban mengkonfirmasi ke Polres Batanghari, ternyata IS bukan sebagai anggota dan kasus keluarga korban tak kunjung terselesaikan. Merasa tertipu, keluarga korbanpun melaporkan hal tersebut ke Polres Batanghari pada 22 April 2019.
Kasat Reskrim Polres Batanghari, Akp Dhadhag Anindito, saat dikonfirmasi media membenarkan hal tersebut, Rabu (8/5/2109).
Dikatakan Kasat, penangkapan pelaku (IS) berdasarkan Laporan Polisi Nomor: LP/28/IV/2019/SPKT/Res Batanghari tanggal 22 April 2019, yang dibuat oleh keluarga korban. Setelah mendapatkan laporan tersebut, anggota Satreskrim Polres Batanghari langsung bergerak mencari keberadaan IS.
Akhrinya tanggal 23 April 2019 sekira pukul 14.00 wib, anggota Unit Pidum Satreskrim Polres Batanghari mendapatkan informasi keberadaan pelaku. Saat itu, pelaku baru pulang dari Jambi dan berada di tempat kontrakan miliknya di desa Sungai Buluh. Dan anggota Pidum Satreskrim Polres Batanghari langsung melakukan penangkapan terhadap pelaku.
“ Saat ditangkap pelaku tidak melakukan perlawanan sama sekali. Akibat perbuatannya IS diancam 4 tahun penjara,” tegas Kasat kepada media kemarin.
Terkait hal itu, Kasat Reskrim mengajak seluruh lapisan masyarakat agar tidak mudah tertipu dengan hal seperti ini. Percayakan sepenuhnya kepada pihak ke Polisian dan jangan tertipu dengan oknum-oknum yang mencoba untuk memanfaatkan situasi.
