MUARABULIAN - Program Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) melalui kartu keluarga sejahtera (KKS) molor.
Pasalnya, program BPNT yang awalnya direncanakan akan dimulai pada bulan Juni tahun ini diundur menjadi bulan Agustus 2019.
Kepala Dinas Sosial Batanghari, Fauzan Azhari melalui Sudirman Saufie selaku kepala bidang Perlindungan Sosial mengakui hal ini.
" Iya dari informasi yang kita terima program BPNT melalui KKS itu diundur. Dimana rencana awal akan dimulai pada bulan Juni ini dan diundur menjadi bulan Agustus," kata Sudirman baru-baru ini.
Dijelaskannya, program BPNT ini merupakan pengganti bantuan pangan Rastra. Dalam bantuan itu, keluarga penerima manfaat (KPM) mendapatkan bantuan uang sebesar Rp 110.000,- pee bulan yang disalurkan melalui rekening perbankan diperuntukkan untuk membeli bahan pangan seperti beras dan telur.
" BPNT ini merupakan inovasi pemerintah dalam menyalurkan bantuan untuk masyarakat miskin. Masyarakat tidak akan terima uang langsung, namun transfer masuk rekening. Penerima tinggal belanja di e-Warong. Jika dulu harus keluar uang untuk beli Rastra, BPNT gratis," jelas Sudirman.
Diakuinya, perubahan penyaluran bansos dari tunai menjadi non tunai adalah pelaksanaan dari gerakan nasional non tunai (GNNT). Dengan bansos non tunai menggunakan KKS ini, KPM memiliki keleluasaan dalam mengelola bantuan sosial dan dapat memilah antara keinginan dan kebutuhan. Dengan KKS ini diharapkan KPM dapat menggunakan bantuan yang diberikan dengan bijak nantinya.
" KKS adalah kartu yang memiliki fitur uang elektronik dan tabungan (kartu kombo) yang digunakan sebagai media penyalur berbagai bansos bagi KPM," terangnya menutup.(*)
