BATANGHARINEWS.COM - Kejaksaan negeri (Kejari) Tebo memusnakan barang bukti (BB) dari 40 perkara selama 6 bulan sejak bulan Januari hingga Juni tahun 2019 yang sudah berkekuatan hukum (ingkrah) yang digelar dihalaman Kantor Kejaksaan, pada Senin (01/07/2019).
Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Tebo, Teguh Sehendro. SH mengatakan, bahwa pemusnahan barang bukti merupakan kegiatan terakhir dari proses Sistem Peradilan Pidana Sistem Peradilan Pidana yang dimulai dari penyidik POLRI terutama untuk yang tindak melakukan penyidikan mengumpulkan barang bukti, memeriksa saksi-saksi kemudian diserahkan ke Jaksa untuk melakukan penuntutan diputus oleh pengadilan terhadap terpidana kita serahkan ke lapas untuk dilakukan pembinaan.
" Semua BB yang dimusnakan hari ini adalah perkara tindak pidana umum yang telah mempunyai hukum tetap atau imprest. BB ini kita ambil dari tersangka untuk dimusnakan yang sudah melewati proses," kata Kajari.
Sementara, Kasi Pidum Kejari Tebo, Haryo Nugroho. SH mengatakan bahwa barang bukti tersebut dirampas untuk di musnahkan Barang bukti yang dimusnahkan antara lain, narkotika Golongan 1 yang terdiri dari jenis sabu-sabu, ekstasi dengan jumlah berat bruto lebih kurang 364, 49 gram.
Selain jenis obat-obatan, juga terdapat senjata api (Senpi) jenis airsoftgun dan beberapa jenis senjata tajam serta alat yang dipergunakan sebagai instrumen kejahatan terdapat obat-obatan yang diperdagangkan tanpa izin edar dan atau melakukan kegiatan kefarmasian tanpa izin dari yang berwenang.
"Pelaksanaan pemusnahan barang bukti narkotika surat dokumen dan barang bukti lunak lainnya dilakukan dengan cara pembakaran. Sedangkan barang bukti senjata tajam senjata api replika airsoft gun serta barang bukti keras atau padat lainnya dilakukan dengan cara dipotong-potong dengan menggunakan mesin potong sehingga tidak dapat dipergunakan kembali," pungkas Kasi Pidum.
