PJ. Sekda Merangin Membuka Diklat Analisis Jabatan dan Analisis Beban kerja
MERANGIN -Pelaksana tugas (Plt) Sekda Kabupaten Merangin Hendri Maidalef, secara resmi membuka acara diklat analisis jabatan dan analisis beban kerja, di ruang pola Kantor Badan Perencanaan Daerah (Bappeda) Kabupaten Merangin.
Dalam pembukaan tersebut turut hadir pegawai BKN Regional VII Palembang Walter M. Simarmata sebagai narasumber dalam acara tersebut, Sekretaris BKSDM, dan beberapa kepala OPD dilingkup Kabupaten Merangin.
Kegiatan yang dimulai hari senen (29/7) ini akan berlangsung selama tiga hari, di ikuti para pejabat dan staf di lingkup OPD yang ada di Kabupaten Merangin.
Dalam sambutan Bupati Merangin yang di bacakan oleh Plt Sekda Merangin, dikatakan analisis jabatan dan beban kerja adalah proses pemberdayagunaan pegawai pemerintah yang berhasil menerapkan uraian jabatan.
“Analisis jabatan di aplikasikan untuk menyusun uraian jabatan yang di perlukan bagi penempatan dan pembinaan pegawai. Dan analisis beban kerja untuk menentukan jumlah dan kuantitas tenaga kerja bagi ASN,” jelas Sekda Hendri Maidalef.
Selain menjelaskan fungsi analisis jabatan dan beban kerja, Plt Sekda juga menyampaikan dalam sambutannya jika pedoman Analisis beban kerja sebagai suatu panduan yang berisi langkah-langkah dalam melakukan analisis beban kerja di setiap unit organisasi di lingkup pemerintahan.
“Analisis beban kerja diharapkan bisa dapat menghasilkan suatu tolak ukur bagi pegawai unit kerja organisasi dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, dan di harapkan diklat ini bisa bermanfaat bagi ASN dilingkup Kabupaten Merangin,” tandas Maidallef.
