KUALATUNGKAL - Kantor satuan Pamong Praja (Satpol PP)Tanjung jabung barat kembali melakukan rekrutmen petugas baru. Sayangnya rekrutmen petugas baru tersebut diduga dilakukan secara diam-diam, tanpa diumumkan kepublik.
Bedasarkan data yang dihimpun ada Enam petugas baru yang di rekrut. Sementara Samsul jauhari Kasat Satpol PP Tanjabbarat membenarkan adanya rekrutmen petugas baru. Menurut Samsul rekrutmen petugas baru tersebut untuk mengisi kekosongan anggota lama yang mungundurkan diri dan diberhentikan karena tidak disiplin melaksanakan tugas selama satu tahun 2019.
" Ya kita melakukan rekrutmen anggota baru sebanyak Enam orang. Kilah Samsul menjelaskan, melalui pesan singkat Whatsapp ketika dikonfirmasikan.
Disigung kenapa dalam rekrutmen tersebut tidak dilakukan secara akuntabel,terbuka dan trasparan kepublik. Samsul belum bisa menjelaskan. “ Besok saja datang kekantor biar dijelaskan," ujarnya.
Terpisa kepala badan kepegawaian pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia(BKPSDM) Tanjung jabung barat Drs Ecef Jarkasi,saat dikonfirmasikan tentang ada tidak aturan dalam rekrutmen tenaga honorer.
Encef mengatakan, itu kewenangan dan tanggung jawab Pengunan anggaran(PA)dimasing-OPD sesuai dengan kegiatan yang ada sifatnya tidak permane,setiap tahun dilakukan evaluasi sesuai dengan kontrak kerja/perjanjian masing pihak," terang Encef.
Disentil apa hal tersebut tidak menjadi ladang azas manpaat atau pungli oleh oknum tertentu jika sistem rekrutmenya tanpa di umumkan ke publik?"ungkap Encef sangat mukin terjadi,sejatinya kalau lebih bagusnya sistem rekrutme itu di umumkan kepublik," pungkasnya.
