MUARABULIAN - Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur'an (MTQ) tingkat Provinsi Jambi, yang rencananya berlangsung di kabupaten Bungo, pada 20-28 September 2019, terpaksa ditunda. Sebab, arena utama pelaksanaan MTQ ke-49 itu belum siap.
MTQ yang sedianya dilaksanakan pada tanggal 20-28 September 2019, ditunda hingga 14-23 Nopember 2019. Salah satu faktor dimundurkannya pelaksanaan perlombaan seni baca tulis Alquran itu juga karena pembangunan sarana arena utama MTQ tersebut, baru dilaksnaakan pada tahun ini.
“ MTQ provinsi Jambi di Bungo diundur menjadi tanggal 14-23 November 2019,” kata Kabag Kesra Setda Batanghari, Syukri di Muarabulian pada Senin (12/8/2019).
Kepada media ini Syukri menjelaskan, mundurnya jadwal pelaksanaan MTQ tingkat provinsi Jambi di kabupaten Bungo tahun ini, itu berdasarkan hasil rapat koordinasi (Rakor) persiapan MTQ tingkat provinsi Jambi di kantor gubernur Jambi pada tanggal 8 Agustus 2019, yang dipimpin oleh Asisten 1 yang dihadiri Karo Setda provinsi dan Kabag Kesra se provinsi Jambi.
“ Ini berdasarkan hasil rapat koordinasi persiapan MTQ tingkat provinsi pada Kamis (8/8/2019) pekan kemarin,” kata Syukri.
Dijelaskan Syukri, alasan mundurnya jadwal MTQ ini dikarenakan persiapan sarana arena utama MTQ belum siap. Itu juga faktor karena arena utama tersebut memang baru dibangun. Namun informasi yang diterimanya, pengerjaan sarana arena utama MTQ tingkat provinsi Jambi itu sudah dikebut oleh tuan rumah MTQ,” kata Syukri.
Menurutnya, pelaksanaan MTQ ke 49 itu telah final diselenggarakan pada 14-23 Nopember 2019,” tutup Syukri.(mon )
