MUARATEBO - Jajaran Polres Tebo, Selasa (13/08/2019) sekitar sore mengamankan dua orang tersangka diduga pelaku pembakaran hutan/lahan di sekitar manggatal RT. 19 Desa Suo suo Kec. Sumay kab. Tebo.
Saat dikonfirmasi Kapolres Tebo, AKBP Zainal Arrahman melalui Kasat Reskrim Polres Tebo, Muhammad Ridho Syawaluddin Taufan membenarkan atas penangkapan kedua diduga pelaku pembakaran lahan. Kedua pelaku diringkus saat berada dilahan yang ia garap sejak 3 tahun lalu.
" Kita berhasil mengamankan kedua tersangka dilokasi kejadian namum berbeda tkp," ujar Kasat Reskrim Muhammad Ridho Syawaluddin Taufan, pada Rabu (14/08/2019).
Pelaku pertama yang diamankan, lanjut Kasat, ialah Albert Simbolon (65) warga Rt.19 Desa Suo suo Kec. Sumay Kab.Tebo. Ia diamankan sekitar pukul 14:30 wib saat Tim melaksanakan patroli di seputaran manggatal RT 19 desa suo suo kec sumay kab tebo dan pada saat itu tim melihat ada asap dan mendekati asap tersebut dan melihat ada lahan yg terbakar serta ada seseorang sedang berjalan dari lahan yg terbakar tsb menuju pondok.
Pada saat itu Tim Patroli menanyakan orang tsb mengaku bernama ALBER SIMBOLON dan telah membakar lahan tsb yaitu pada hari senin tgl 12 agustus 2019 sekira pukul 16.00 wib dan kemudian sdr. ALBER SIMBOLON mengaku telah melakukan kegiatan perkebunan di lokasi tsb sejak 3 tahun yang lalu.
" Dari tangan Albert Simbolon, polisi berhasil menyita sejumlah barang bukti diduga alat membakar berupa 1 ( satu ) buah manchis warna bening berisi minyak warna ungu, 1 ( satu )buah kayu sisa bakaran, 1 ( satu )buah kep semprot merk solo warna putih, 2 ( dua ) bibit sawit dan 1 ( satu ) bilah parang," jelas Kasat.
Sementara, dilain tempat Tim Patroli juga berhasil mengamankan tersangka lain yaitu Mulyono Als MUL Bin JUMAIN (51) warga Rt. 19 Desa Suo suo Kec. Sumay Kab.Tebo. Tersangka Mul ditangkap Tim Patroli saat berusaha memadamkan api bersama 3 orang rekannya.
Saat ditanya Tim Patroli, Mul mengaku membakar lahan pada hari minggu tgl 04 agustus 2019 sekira pukul 17.00 wib. Nammun, dirinya tidak tahu kenapa api muncul kembali dan kemudian sdr. MULYONO mengaku telah melakukan kegiatan perkebunan di lokasi tsb sejak 3 tahun yg lalu.
Atas perbuatan kedua pelaku dikenakan Pasal 78 ayat 3 jo pasal 50 ayat 3 huruf d UU RI no 41 tahun 1999 tentang kehutanan dan/atau pasal 108 jo pasal 56 ayat 1 UU RI no 39 tahun 2014 tentang perkebunan dan/atau pasal 92 ayat 1 huruf a jo pasal 17 ayat 2 huruf b UU RI no 18 tahun 2013 tentang P3H.
" Untuk Tsk dan BB sudah kita amankan dipolres Tebo untuk ditindaklanjuti," pungkas Kasat. (Zie)
