Bupati bersama Kejari Batanghari saat menandatangani perjanjian kerjasama mengenai bidang hukum perdata dan tata usaha negara....
MUARABULIAN - Pemerintah kabupaten Batanghari bersama Kejaksaan Negeri Batanghari melakukan Mou mengenai Bidang Hukum Perdata dan Tata Usaha Negara, Selasa (17/09). Penandatanganan perjanjian kerjasama ini ditandatangani langsung oleh Bupati Batanghari, Ir Syahirsah Sy dan Kejari Batanghari, Mia Banulita SH.
Kejari Batanghari, Mia Banulita SH, dalam sambutannya menjelaskan, bahwa perjanjian kerjasama dengan Pemkab Batanghari ruang lingkupnya mengenai Penegakan Hukum Bidang Perdata dan Tata Usaha Negara, bantuan hukum, berupa pertimbangan Hukum dan Pendampingan Hukum.
“ Saya berharap kerjasama ini dapat terus berjalan efektif dan tentunya bermanfaat untuk kita khususnya di ruang lingkup pemerintah kabupaten Batanghari,” harap Mia.
Sementara itu Bupati Batanghari, Syahirsah, dalam sambutannya menyampaikan terima kasih kepada Kejari Batanghari beserta jajaran atas kerjasama yang baik selama ini. Dan dalam wawancaranya Bupati Batanghari juga membahas masalah kebakaran hutan yang saat ini terus terjadi di kabupaten Batanghari.
“ Untuk kondisi kebakaran hutan saat ini, pemerintah kabupaten Batanghari juga bekerjasama dengan Kejari untuk masalah teknis penangananannya dan saya juga mendapat masukan yang bagus dari Ibu Kejari, bahwa masyarakat juga memiliki kewenangan untuk menangkap tangan para oknum pembakaran hutan secara liar dan nantinya juga akan kita beri penghargaan (reward) yang akan segera kita bicarakan,” kata Bupati.(mon )
