MUARABULIAN - Pemerintah kabupaten Batanghari kembali menerima penghargaan Opini WTP atas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah (LKPD) Tahun Anggaran 2018 dari Kementerian Keuangan RI yang diserahkan oleh Kakanwil Ditjen Perbendaharaan Provinsi Jambi.
Penyerahan opini WTP atas LKPD tahun 2018 tersebut diterima secara langsung oleh Bupati Batanghari, Ir Syahirsah Sy dari Kakanwil Ditjen Perbendaharaan Provinsi Jambi, Supendi SE di ruang pola kecil kantor Bupati Batanghari, Rabu (2/10/2019)..
Pada kesempatan itu, sekaligus paparan Kakanwil Ditjen Perbendaharaan Provinsi Jambi tentang Review Penyaluran DAK Fisik, Penyaluran KUR, serta Penyaluran Kredit Ultra Mikro pada pemerintah kabupaten Batanghari.
Kakanwil Ditjen Perbendaharaan Provinsi Jambi, Supendi mengatakan, kegiatan hari ini adalah menyampaikan opini WTP dari Kementerian Keuangan RI kepada kabupaten Batanghari yang Alhamdulillah sudah diterima 4 kali berturut-turut. Karena tugas Kemenkeu di daerah itu sudah diserahkan ke Kanwil Ditjen Perbendahaaran makanya kami menyerahkan penghargaan opini WTP ini.
Untuk di provinsi Jambi, lanjut Supendi, pada hari Senin lalu dirinya telah menyerahkan opini WTP ini untuk Kota Jambi dan hari ini untuk kabupaten Batanghari dan berikutnya masih menunggu kesiapan dari kepala daerah lainnya yang menerima opini WTP dari Kemenkeu RI.
Disamping itu kami juga mengevaluasi dana-dana APBN yang ke kabupaten Batanghari ini, yang lebih dipokuskan dengan DAK Fisik dan Dana Desa. Karena itulah yang berdampak langsung kepada masyarakat, khusunya terkait dengan pembangunan infrastruktur, yang nantinya diharapkan menimbulkan pertumbuhan ekonomi baru. Sehingga bisa meningkatkan PAD dari masing-masing daerah ini,” kata Supendi.
Sementara itu Bupati Batanghari, Ir Syahirsah Sy menyampaikan, ucapan terimakasihnya kepada kementerian keuangan yang telah memberi penghargaan kepada pemerintah kabupaten Batanghari terkait LKPD ini.
“ Ini yang ke 4 kalinya kita menerima penghargaan Opini WTP. Semoga nantinya akan ada WTP yang selanjutnya,” katanya.
Selain itu, didalam sambutannya Bupati juga menegaskan kepada para OPD mengenai hal pelaporan yang masih minim progresnya agar disampaikan langsung kepadanya nanti untuk bisa ditindaklanjuti.
Bahkan, orang nomor satu di Batanghari ini pun menyempatkan Dirinya tidak akan segan mencopot bawahannya yang tidak patuh akan aturan. “ Kepala OPD yang lemah kita evaluasi Bila perlu saya copot langsung dari jabatannya sebagai kepala dinas,” tegasnya.
Dirinya pun mengaku jika pemerintah Batanghari masih membutuhkan bimbingan dalam hal pelaporan keuangan ini,” tutupnya.(mon )
