Kedua tersangka dan barang bukti yang diamankan polisi....
MUARATEBO - Satresnarkoba Polres Tebo mengungkap jaringan Narkoba di wilayah hukum Polres Tebo, pada Rabu (02/10/2019) siang. Polisi mengamankan dua orang tersangka di tempat yang berbeda.
Kedua tersangka yakni Rahmat Hidayat als Yayat (23), warga Jl. Sultan Hasanudin Desa Wirotho Agung Kec. Rimbo dan Muhammad Rizal als Ijal (27) warga Jl. 25 Unit I Desa Perintis Kec. Rimbo Bujang Kab. Tebo.
Penangkapan kedua tersangka berawal dari laporan masyarakat bahwa di Jl. AMD Desa Rantau Kembang Kec. Rimbo Ilir Kab. Tebo sering terjadi transaksi narkoba, kemudian Tim Opsnal Satresnarkoba Polres Tebo melakukan penyelidikan dan ditemukan terlapor an. Rahmat Hidayat.
Selanjutnya dilakukan penggeledahan badan dan ditemukan barang bukti. Kemudian dilakukan penangkapan terhadap terlapor dan di saksikan para saksi serta diakui kepemilikannya oleh terlapor, selanjutnya terlapor dan barang bukti diamankan di Polres Tebo untuk Proses lebih lanjut.
Tidak lama kemudian, Satresnarkoba melakukan pengembangan dan mendapatkan informasi dari tersangka yang duluan ditangkap bahwa tersangka lain berada tidak jauh dari lokasi tempatbditangkapnya Rahmat Hidayat. Dan sekitar Pukul 14.00 Wib polisi kembali melakukan penyelidikan dan berhasil mengamankan tersangka lain a.n Muhammad Rizal.
Dari tangan tersangka Rahmat Hidayat, polisi berhasil mengamankan sejumlah barang bukti berupa 1 (satu) paket kecil diduga narkotika jenis shabu seberat bruto 0,17 gr, 1 (satu) buah kotak rokok surya gudang garam, 1 (satu) buah Hp Nokia warna hitam, 1 (satu) buah spm yamaha lexi warna merah Nopol. BH 4611 CX, 1 (satu) buah tas warna biru merah.
Sementara, dari tangan tersangka Muhammad Rizal polisi juga mengalahkan barang bukti berupa 1 (satu) paket diduga narkotika jenis shabu seberat bruto 0,19 gram, 1 (satu) buah plastik klip bekas, 1 (satu) buah Hp Xiomi warna hitam dan 1 (satu) buah spm Honda CB140R warna hitam Nopol. BH 2168 ZF.
Terkait penangkapan kedua tersangka, Kapolres Tebo melalui Kasat Narkoba IPTU P. Sagala, SH saat dikonfirmasi membenarkan atas penangkapan para tersangka. " Saat penangkapan kedua tersangka tidak melakukan perlawanan," ujar Kasat, Kamis (03/10/2019).
Kasat juga menjelaskan bahwa kedua tersangka dikenakan Pasal 114 ayat (1) atau Pasal 112 ayat (1) UU RI nomor 35 tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika. "Kedua tersangka dan barang bukti diamankan di Polres Tebo untuk pemeriksaan lebih lanjut," pungkas Kasat. (Zie)
