JAMBI – Tiga kali masuk penjara ternyata tidak membuat Feri Ardi (33) jera melakukan tindak pidana. Pria yang tinggal di Solok Sipin, Kecamatan Telanaipura, Kota Jambi itu kembali mengulangi perbuatannya, melakukan pencurian kendaraan bermotor (curanmor).

Kapolsek Telanaipura AKP Yumika Putra mengatakan, kali ini pelaku ditangkap lantaran mencuri sepeda motor milik Dedi Atmaja, warga  Warga Solok Sipin, Kecamatan Telanaipura.

"Kita tangkap atas laporan korban (Dedi Atmaja, red)," kata Yumika, Selasa (22/10/2019).

Namun pada saat dilakukan penangkapan oleh tim Satreskrim, pelaku berusaha kabur sehingga tim memberikan tindakan tegas dan terukur pada 1 Oktober 2019 lalu. "Pada saat ditangkap, dia berusaha melawan dan kabur. Sehingga kita kasih hadiah (tembakan di kaki)," ujar Yumika.

Pelaku nekat mencuri motor Yamaha Mio Z BH 6099 ZI dengan cara mencongkel menggunakan kunci leter T.  Kemudian motor tersebut dibawa pelaku dan akan di jual. "Saat kita tangkap motor belum terjual," ungkap Yumika.

Ditambahkan Yumika, dari pengakuan tersangka motor tersebut di ambil  pada malam hari tanggal 7 September 2019 lalu. "Motor tersebut di parkir di teras rumah dan dikunci setang dengan paginya ilang. Tau nya pelapor pas pulang dari masjid subuh," sebutnya.

Lebih lanjut Yumika mengatakan, atas perbuatannya tersangka kini  mendekap di Polsek Telanaipura guna proses pemeriksaan lebih lanjut. “Tersangka akan kita kenakan pasal 363 KUHP dengan ancamannya 5 tahun penjara,” tandasnya.

Sementara tersangka Feri Ardi saat di wawancara awak media mengaku pernah bekerja di tambang minyak ilegal Bungku. "Saya dulu kerja di lokasi ilegal drilling Bajubang selama beberapa bulan lalu dan saat ini telah berhenti," kata Feri Ardi kepada wartawan.

Dia menyebutkan sebelumnya pernah masuk dalam penjara, Kasus pengeroyokan dan kasus pencurian motor. "Sudah dua kali masuk penjara, ini yang ke tiga kalinya," ujarnya.
