BATANGHARINEWS.COM - Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas) menerapkan empat strategi jangka panjang untuk mengejar produksi satu juta barel per hari/barrel oil per day (bopd) di tahun 2030 mendatang.
Angka tersebut melebihi angka yang dicanangkan dalam Rencana Umum Energi Nasional tahun 2017 sebesar lebih dari 200 ribu bopd.
Humas SKK Migas Sumbagsel dalam rilisnya pada Senin (28/10/2019) menyebut, keempat strategi tersebut, mengedepankan strategi eksplorasi yang masif dan intensif. Strategi kedua mendorong dan mengkampanyekan penerapan enhanced oil recovery (EOR) di lapangan mature.
Selain eksplorasi dan EOR, strategi lainnya dengan mengakselerasi monetisasi proyek-proyek utama, sehingga mempercepat potensi sumberdaya menjadi lifting. Strategi terakhir dalam menahan penurunan produksi alami serta mendorong peningkatan produksi adalah dengan menjaga keandalan fasilitas produksi, maksimalisasi kegiatan kerja ulang dan perawatan sumur, reaktivasi sumur tidak berproduksi (idle) dan inovasi teknologi,” tulis SKK Migas Sumbagsel.
SKK Migas juga menjelaskan, realisasi lifting minyak dan gas bumi (Migas) hingga September 2019 mencapai 89 persen dari target Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) sebesar 2 juta barel setara minyak per hari/barrel oil equivalent per day (boepd). Total lifting migas sebesar 1,8 juta boepd dengan rincian lifting minyak 745 ribu boepd dan lifting gas 1,05 juta boepd. Sebesar 84 persen total lifting hulu migas merupakan kontribusi dari sepuluh Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) utama dan 16 persen didukung 80 KKKS lainnya.
