MUAROJAMBI - Pelayanan di Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Muarojambi, dinilai bobrok dan dikeluhkan masyarakat.
Pantauan awak media, Kamis (31/10) sejak pukul 8.00 Wib hingga 11.30 Wib, tidak satu pun petugas yang berada di loket untuk melayani masyarakat di kantor tersebut.
Tidak hanya itu, pejabat penting di BPN pun saat itu juga tidak berada di kantor.
Informasi yang diperoleh menyebut bahwa, para pejabat beserta pegawai BPN tengah berada di Kantor Wilayah BPN Provinsi Jambi, menghadiri acara perpisahan Kepala Kanwil BPN Provinsi Jambi yang masuk masa pensiun.
Terkait hal ini sejumlah warga yang sudah sejak pagi berada di Kantor BPN kesal, karena pejabat yang bersangkutan beserta pegawai hanya loyal terhadap pimpinan tapi lupa melayani masyarakat secara optimal.
Hal ini disampaikan salah satu warga Sengeti bernama Heriyanto. Heriyanto ngaku bahwa dia tengah mengurus sejumlah berkas dan dokumen tanah miliknya di BPN, dan telah dijanjikan oleh BPN bahwa pengurusan bisa selesai selama empat hari. Namun faktanya, Heriyanto malah harus menghabiskan waktu dan tenaga bolak balik ke kantor BPN.
Heriyanto bilang sudah dua pekan terakhir urusanya di BPN tak kunjung selesai.
Heriyanto yakin, pelayanan seperti ini tidak hanya dirasakan oleh dirinya.
" Ado sedikit yang kami urus di BPN ni. Kami dijanjikan empat hari bisa selesai, tapi sekarang sudah hampir dua minggu belum juga selesai. Pelayanan seperti ini banyak dialami masyarakat tidak hanya saya," kata Heriyanto.
Heriyanto juga berujar, bahwa tutupnya pelayanan BPN Muarojambi tidak kali ini saja terjadi. Melainkan sudah sering dan ini membuat masyarakat tambah merasa kesal dan kecewa.
Heriyanto berharap kepada pemerintah untuk memberikan teguran kepada BPN Muarojambi untuk lebih memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat secara maksimal," pinta Heriyanto.(std)
