BATANGHARINEWS.COM - Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Batanghari melalui Kantor Cabang Kejari Muara Tembesi ungkap kasus tindak pidana korupsi pengadaan jaringan internet di Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ulu yang menggunakan dana desa tahun 2017.
" Ada beberapa desa di wilayah tersebut pada tahun anggaran 2017 ada anggaran untuk memasang jaringan internet. Namun ditengah perjalanan ada penyimpangan, bukan jaringan internet yang dipasang tapi jaringan CCTV yang tidak bisa dimanfaatkan oleh warga desa," ungkap Kajari Batanghari, Mia Banulita SH MH didampingi Kacabjari Muara Tembesi, Fandie, Kamis (28/11/2019).
Mia berujar, setelah pihaknya melakukan serangkaian penyidikan menemukan dua alat bukti terhadap kasus tersebut, yang mengerucut kepada satu orang.
" Tersangka berinisial HW yang merupakan Sekretaris Camat Maro Sebo Ulu," ujar Mia Banulita.
Sementara itu, Kacabjari Muara Tembesi, Fandie mengatakan, pihaknya telah mengeluarkan Surat Perintah Penyidikan (Sprindik) terhadap penyimpangan dana desa tahun 2017 pada tanggal 28 Januari 2019 terhadap Sekcam Maro Sebo Ulu.
" Setelah melakukan penyidikan kami telah menemukan dua alat bukti yang sah dan 28 orang saksi dan dua orang saksi ahli beserta keterangan tersangka," kata Fandie.
Fandie juga bilang, setelah melakukan penyidikan tim Kacabjari di Muara Tembesi melakukan gelar perkara yang dipimpin Kajari Batanghari beserta tim penyidik dan seluruh Jaksa menetapkan Sekcam Maro Sebo Ulu sebagai tersangka.
" Untuk kerugian negara sebesar Rp 150 juta, namun ada pengembalian sebesar Rp 30 juta yang kita jadikan sebagai alat bukti," pungkasnya.(*)
