Bronjong dilokasi menuju pemakaman Nasrani di desa Lubuk Terentang, kecamatan Betara.
KUALATUNGKAL - Minimnya alat pendukung operasional kerja dilapangan mutu dan kualitas royek pengerasan jalan dan Bronjong dilokasi menuju pemakaman Nasrani ,RT.05 di desa Lubuk Terentang,kecamatan Betara diragukan. Pasalnya dengan limit waktu yang tinggal menghitung 15 hari lagi p erkembangan progres pekerjaan dilapangan masih minim hingga kuat dugaan dengan waktu yang singkat ini pekerjaan dikhawatirkan dikerjakan asal jadi.
Pantauan dilapangan terlihat susunan batu bronjong terkesan asal tidak tersusun rapi. Bahkan jalinan kawat baja yang seharusnya penuh dengan susunan pecahan batu alam, sengaja di bengkokkan untuk mengurangi susunan batu.hal ini tentunya dikuwatirkan jika nantinya ada getaran dapat merubah susunan atau terjadi pergeseran batu sehingga dapat mengakibatkan longsoran.
Proyek pengerasan jalan dan bronjong ini di kerjakan oleh CV.BVR dengan No: Kontrak 620/1582/KONT/KONS-PPK-BM/DPUPR/2019 tanggal 11 Oktober 2019 selama 75 hari kerja dengan alokasi dana anggaran APBD 2019 senilai Rp.737.054.501,- .
Sementara menurut pengakuan pekerja dilapangan Mulianto saat dikonfirmasi mengatakan, mereka terkendala dengan tidak adanya alat berat yang standby di lokasi.
"Kendalanya, kami melansir materialnya secara manual, dengan jumlah pekerja ada 10 orang dan sampai hari ini kami tinggal bertiga saja melaksanakan pekerjaan bronjongan ini, jelas Mulyanto.
Diakuinya, waktu penggalian memang ada alat eskavator yang membentuk tekstur turap bronjongan, tapi alat berat itu sudah di bawa kembali dengan alasan sistim pembayaran yang tidak sesuai," terangnya.
Lain halnya jawaban Ilham selaku penanggung jawab rekanan dilapangan kepada media ini. Dia mengakui, alat berat memang sengaja di tarik dari lokasi untuk di gunakan di lokasi pekerjaan lainnya. Jika pada saat dibutuhkan alat nanti dalam pekerjaan itu baru kita adakan, jadi tidak mesti standby di lokasi," ujar Ilham.
Disentil soal limit waktu pekerjaan sudah tinggal 15 hari lagi, sementara kemajuan fisik pekerjaan bronjong dan pengerasan jalan yang diduga masih minim hingga dikhawatirkan tidak bakal selesai sampai akhir masa kontrak kerja habis.
Namun pihak rekanan menyatakan akan berupaya maksimal untuk menuntaskan pekerjaan itu hingga selesai meski nantinya harus mengajukan adendum," jawabnya.
Terkait masa kontrak kerja yang hampir habis, Kabid Bina Marga Dinas PUPR, Arif Sambudi, ST dikonfirmasikan mengatakan, bahwa pekerjaan itu optimis terselesaikan sampai waktu yang ditentukan dalam kontrak. "Baru saja mereka mengajukan progres/ termin 50 % guna penambahan dana dan itu sudah kita setujui," ujar Arif Sambudi.
Disinggung masalah bagaimana cara pencapaian target fisik 100 % jika hanya dengan menggunakan tenaga manual 3 orang pekerja, Arif Sambudi membantah bahwa tidak benar hanya 3 orang pekerja sambil menunjukan laporan perkembangan fisik kegiatan melalui pesan WhatsApp di grup PUPR dari para pengawas lapangan.
"Mengenai alat berat memang sudah di over lokasi oleh rekanan ke tempat lain karena pihak rekanan dipercayakan melaksanakan beberapa paket pekerjaan di Dinas PUPR. Ketika di tanyakan siapa konsultan pengawas, Arif Sambudi kurang tahu dan terkesan tidak mau memberikan jawaban pasti. "Itu pengawas dari Hermes konsultan Jambi," ujar Arif dengan sikap kurang kooperatif.
Menanggapi masalah perkembangan fisik pekerjaan dan limit waktu yang hanya tersisa 15 hari, serta sikap optimis Kabid Bina Marga proyek akan selesai tepat waktu tersebut, mendapat kritikan tegas dari Ketua LSM INAKOR Rahman, katanya "Saat ini kita hidup di jaman modren Logika saja, apakah mungkin dengan waktu tersisa 15 hari kerja mampu menyelesaikan pekerjaan hingga 100%, Ini bukan jaman kisah Sangkuriang yang membuat 1000 patung dalam satu malam.
