MUARABULIAN - Puluhan orang bakal calon da’i yang ikut menjadi peserta tes sebagai da'i yang bertugas pada tahun 2020 nanti, harap-harap cemas. Soalnya, puluhan calon da’i dipastikan tidak lulus tes alias tersingkir.
Meskipun pelaksanaan tes da'i tahun 2020 itu baru akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 27 Desember 2019.
Pasalnya, berdasarkan informasi yang dihimpun media ini menyebutkan, pemerintah kabupaten Batanghari pada tahun 2020 nanti hanya meloloskan 130 orang da'i dari 157 peserta tes calon da'i yang telah lolos seleksi bahan.
Sekretaris Pengawas Da'i kabupaten Batanghari, Syukri Abdullah, kepada media ini bilang, untuk proses perekrutan da'i tahun 2020, pertama- pertama pemerintah melakukan pembukaan pendaftaran bagi calon da'i untuk mengikuti tes. Dari data yang ada tercatat sebanyak 158 orang yang mendaftar.
Dari 158 orang itu, tercatat 157 peserta lolos seleksi bahan dan akan di uji oleh tim penguji kabupaten. Dari 157 peserta yang lolos seleksi bahan itu, hanya 127 orang da'i yang bertugas di tahun 2019 yang mendaftar. Sementara 30 orang lainnya merupakan calon da'i baru.
“ Dai yang bertugas di 2019 sebenarnya ada 128 orang, dikarenakan 1 orangnya tidak mendaftar dikarenakan ada kesibukan lain, maka hanya ada 127 orang da'i lama yang mendaftar,” terangnya.
Syukri berujar, untuk tahun ini pemkab Batanghari melakukan penambahan 2 orang da'i baru dan 1 orang pengganti da'i lama yang tidak mendaftar. Jadi pada tahun 2020 nanti jumlah da'i di Batanghari sebanyak 130 orang,” terangnya.
Syukri berharap kepada para da'i yang lulus tes nantinya dan mulai bertugas di awal Januari tahun 2020, agar dapat menjalankan tugas dan fungsi nya sebagai seorang da'i dapat lebih ditingkatkan. Sebab, jika kinerja mereka nanti tidak bagus, maka mereka akan diberhentikan sebagai dai berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pengawas da'i nantinya,” tutupnya.
