Warga saat melakukan aksi kemarin..
BATANGHARINEWS.COM, MERANGIN - Salah seorang kepala desa di Merangin di demo oleh warga desanya sendiri, karena menurut warga kepala desanya telah telah menikah secara siri. Pasalnya, perempuan tersebut diduga masih berstatus istri orang lain. Aksi protes warga tersebut digelar pada Jum’at (03/01) di kantor desa setempat.
Parapeserta aksi yang mengatasnamakan masyarakat dan tokoh adat Desa Kungkai meminta dan menuntut agar kepala desa mereka untuk segera diberhentikan.
Pernyatakanaksi protes itu disampaikan oleh peserta aksi kepada Kapolres Merangin dan Camat Bangko saat proses mediasi atau dialog dengan peserta aksi.
Salahseorang tokoh masyarakat Desa Kungkai, Kecamatan Bangko Barat, M. Yusup didalam dialognya meminta agar kepala desa mereka segera diberhentikan.
“Kami selaku masyarakat dan tokoh adat Desa Kungkai, meminta agar Kades Kungkai segera dipecat, karena dirinya telah mencemarkan dan mencoreng nama baik Desa kami dengan berbuat hal yang tidak patut dan tidak seharusnya dilakukan oleh seorang Kepala Desa,” ungkapnya.
Sementaraitu Kapolres Merangin AKBP M. Lutfi dihadapan para peserta aksi meminta agar di dalam aksi protes, masyarakat tidak berbuat anarkis.
“Kami menghargai aksi protes ini, saya juga bangga karena aksi ini tidak dengan cara anarkis,” ujar Kapolres.
Terkait permasalahan yang ada, Kapolres Merangin berjanji akan memproses sesuai dengan prosedur yang beralaku.
“Karena permasalahan ini telah dilaporkan ke pihak Kepolisian, maka hal ini tentu akan kami proses sesuai dengan mekanisme yang ada,” terang Kapolres.
Hal senada juga diungkapkan Camat Bangko, ia berjanji akan mengawal atas mosi tidak percaya warga terhadap kadesnya.
“Saya akan bantu masyarakat dalam mosi tidak percaya ini, tentunya dengan cara cara yang benar. Saya juga berharap kepada masyarakat agar tidak menyegel kantor desa, karena nantinya bisa menghambat pelayanan masyarakat, jika hal itu terjadi dikhawatirkan nantinya akan ada yang terkena pidana,” ujar camat.
Aksi protes warga akhirnya bubar membubarkan diri setelah adanya kesepakan dari pihak Kecamatan dan pihak Kepolisian Resor Merangin dengan peserta aksi yang berjanji akan menindak lanjuti protes warga.
