TANJAB BARAT - Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, melaksanakan rapat paripurna ketiga dalam rangka penyampaian tanggapan Bupati atas pemadangan umum anggota dewan terhadap Raperda Pemerintahan Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung barat, serta penyampaian tanggapan fraksi-fraksi DPRD atas pendapat bupati terhadap 2 Raperda inisiatif DPRD di Ruang Rapat Paripurna DPRD Tanjabbarat. Selasa (07/01).
Bupati Kabupaten Tanjab Barat, Dr.Ir.H.Safrial,MS dalam sambutannya mengatakan sangat mengapresiasi atas pemandangan umum yang telah disampaikan oleh seluruh fraksi -fraksi DPRD Kabupaten Tanjabbar yang memuat saran, pendapat, pertanyaan dan pertimbangan dalam rangka kesempurnaan pembentukan rancangan peraturan daerah ini.
Lebih lanjut safrial mengatakan Setelah menyimak dan mengkaji serta memahami pemandangan umum Fraksi-fraksi DPRD yang disampaikan masing-masing Fraksi, pada prinsipnya antara Lian eksekutif dan legislatif telah terdapat pemahaman dan pemikiran yang sama terhadap arah Raperda tersebut.
“Kami menyambut baik atas pernyataan dalam pemandangan umum fraksi yang pada intinya telah ada kesepakatan bersama untuk membahas lebih lanjut Raperda yang telah kami sampaikan, dan tentunya apa yang menjadi harapan dari fraksi fraksi dapat menjadi masukan positif bagi pemerintahan daerah Kabupaten Tanjabbar kedepannya," ungkap Bupati.
Sementar itu,Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat Mulyani Siregar,SH selaku pimpinan rapat mengatakan, agenda rapat paripurna sesuai dengan jadwal pembahasan tentang Raperda pemerintahan kabupaten Tanjung Jabung barat, mengenai perubahan kegiatan usaha dan bentuk badan hukum perusahaan daerah Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Tanggo Rajo menjadi perusahaan Perseroan Daerah Bank Pembiayaan.
Setelah mendengar tanggapan bupati Tanjung Jabung barat terhadap pandangan umum anggota dewan atas Raperda pemerintahan kabupaten Tanjung Jabung barat, rapat dilanjutkan dengan penyampaian tanggapan fraksi-fraksi DPRD atas pendapat Bupati terhadap 2 (dua) Raperda Inisiatif DPRD kabupaten Tanjung Jabung barat.
Fraksi PDIP yang disampaikan oleh Satria Tubagus mengatakan kearsipan sangat perlu di dukung untuk efektifitas waktu dan biaya, serta menjamin terwujudnya negara khususnya pemerintah yang baik dan bersih.
Sementara fraksi Golkar disampaikan oleh Nurkholis menyampaikan bahwa kearsipan bisa menjadi peta jalan transparasi serta kejujuran intelektual pada lembaga negara, pemerintah daerah, lembaga pendidikan dan lain-lain.
Fraksi PAN disampaikan oleh Nova menyampaikan bahwa SDM pelayanan dan pendanaan harus terus bersinergi untuk potensi ke arsipan.
"Raperda pembahasan kearsipan ini sangat baik di bahas kareba tujuan nya sangat baik untuk masa mendatang," ucap Nova.
Fraksi PKB yang disampaikan oleh Zaky menyampaikan bahwa Raperda inisiatif tentang 2 Raperda yaitu tentang izin tanah serta tentang kearsipan demi menghadapi e-goverment sangat perlu kita bahas karena ini menyangkut kemanjuan.
Sementara fraksi Gerindra yang disampaikan oleh Sutejo mengatakan kalau Raperda inisiatif DPRD ini merupakan suatu langkah yang strategis dalam membentuk Tanjung Jabung barat yang lebih baik terutama pembahasan tentang tanah.
Lanjut fraksi Tanjung jabung barat bersatu yang disampaikan oleh Afrizal mengatakan, kalau peningkatan pengelolaan kearsipan demi pelayanan kepada rakyat sangat di perlukan, karena untuk menjaga arsip yang otentik salah satunya sebagai wujud pemenuhan hak mendapatkan informasi bagi publik.
Terakhir fraksi Nasdem PPP yang disampaikan oleh H Mukri mengatakan, kalau kearsipan menjadi menu wajib dalam tata kelola pemerintahan, sebab penataan kearsipan sebagai dari wujud pengaturan, pengendalian, penciptaan, penyediaan serta pendayagunaan arsip.
Paripurna dilanjutkan dengan pembentukan Panitia Khusus (pansus) untuk membahas Raperda pemerintahan kabupaten Tanjung Jabung barat dan 2 (dua) Raperda inisiatif DPRD.
Rapat paripurna ketiga dihadiri langsung oleh Bupati Tanjung Jabung barat, unsur Forkompinda kabupaten tanjabbar, 27 orang anggota DPRD Tanjabbar, sekertaris daerah, para pejabat tinggi Pratama dan administrator lingkup Tanjabbar, pimpinan perbankkan dan BUMD serta pers.
