BATANGHARINEWS.COM - Namanya sebut saja Bunga (16) seorang anak tiri yang masih dibawah umur. Bunga disetubuhi oleh IS (27) bapak bejat yang merupakan ayah tiri korban.
Peristiwa tersebut terjadi di rumah korban di RT 02 desa Tanjung Marwo, kecamatan Muaratembesi, kabupaten Batanghari. Aksi bejat pelaku rupanya sudah dilakukan sejak tahun 2018 hingga tahun 2020 ini.
Pelaku mengaku melakukan hubungan intim dengan anak tirinya lebih kurang sudah 20 kali. Aksi bejat ini dilakukan pelaku pada siang hari saat ibu korban tidak ada di rumah.
Sebelum melakukan aksi bejat itu, pelaku terlebih dahulu membujuk korban dengan diiming-imingi akan dibelikan HP. Namun korban menolak.
Pelaku akhirnya memaksa dan mengancam korban, jika tidak melayani aksinya, korban akan disakiti. Mendengar ancaman dari ayah tirinya itu, korban pasrah asalkan tidak disakiti.
Sudah berkali-kali disetubuhi ayah tirinya, korban sempat tidak mau pulang kerumah orang tuanya karena takut ayah tirinya minta dilayani lagi. Saat itu, ibu korban mulai curiga dengan sikap anak kandungnya itu. Akhirnya ibu korban menanyakan apa hal yang terjadi.
Dengan wajah lugunya, korban yang masih di bawah umur menjelaskan kepada Ibu kandungnya, bahwa ayah tirinya seringkali melalukan hubungan badan dengannya. Mendengar pernyataan itu, Kuswati Binti Slamet Sunardi (ibu korban), geram dengan suaminya dan langsung mengajak anak kandungnya untuk melapor ke pihak kepolisian.
Pada Sabtu 25 Januari 2020 lalu, korban didampingi ibu kandungnya melaporkan ulah ayah tirinya kepada Polres Batanghari. Malam harinya, sekitar pukul 23.00 Wib, pelaku langsung ditangkap polisi di rumahnya di RT 02 desa Tanjung Marwo, kecamatan Muaratembesi.
Saat penangkapan, pelaku sempat melawan petugas dan berdalih bahwa pengaduan tentang ulahnya tersebut hanya dibuat-buat. Namun Polisi tidak menghiraukan alasan pelaku, malam itu juga pelaku digiring ke sel tahanan Polres Batanghari.
Kapolres Batanghari, AKBP Dwi Mulyanto, saat konferensi pers, Selasa (28/1/2020), membenarkan bahwa pelaku sudah diamankan. "Berbekal laporan yang ada, pelaku langsung kami tangkap dikediamannya. Untuk pasal yang dikenakan yakni UU RI No 23 tahun 2002 tentang perlindungan anak. Dengan ancaman pidana paling singkat 5 tahun penjara dan paling lama 15 tahun penjara," kata Kapolres Batanghari, AKBP Dwi Mulyanto.
