BATANGHARINEWS.COM - Menanggapi pemberitaan terkait dugaan penggusuran paksa terhadap pondok-pondok kelompok SAD 113 oleh PT. Berkat Sawit Utama (BSU) dahulu Asiatic Persada, Ali Basrin selaku Humas PT. BSU menegaskan, bahwa penggusuran yang dilakukan pada tanggal 2 Februari 2020 lalu, sebelumnya sudah dilakukan dialog dan juga koordinasi dengan kelompok SAD 113 tersebut.
“Jauh-jauh hari sebelum kami mengambil tindakan, selain dialog dengan kelompok tersebut, kami sudah koordinasi, baik itu dengan pemerintah daerah, Timdu dan aparat kepolisian. Bahwa pihak perusahaan akan melakukan pengosongan dilahan yang diduduki oleh kelompok yang mengaku kelompok SAD 113," ungkap Ali Basrin, Humas PT. BSU saat dikonfirmasi media ini pada Kamis (6/2/2020) kemarin.
Ali Basrin menjelaskan, sebelumnya pihak perusahaan sudah menyurati Timdu Pemkab Batanghari, dan juga pernah melakukan rapat berkali-kali dengan Timdu Pemkab Batanghari, salah satunya pada tanggal 11 Oktober 2019 di Kantor Kesbangpol Batanghari terkait dengan pendudukan lahan yang dilakukan kelompok SAD 113.
Dimana berdasarkan saran dari Timdu Pemkab Batanghari menegaskan kepada kelompok tersebut, agar tidak melakukan aksi demontrasi serta mendirikan pondok dan melakukan pemanenan tandan buah segar (TBS) kelapa Sawit dilokasi PT. Berkat Sawit Utama (BSU 1)
Pihak Polres Batanghari sudah turun kelapangan berdialog langsung dengan kelompok yang mengaku SAD 113 pada tanggal 29 Oktober 2019 menghimbau agar dapat mengosongkan lahan dan membongkar pondok yang telah didirkani dilahan PT. Berkat Sawit Utama dan juga Tim terpadu Kabupaten Batanghari juga meminta kepada masyarakat yang terlanjur sudah mendirikan pondok dilokasi untuk segera melaksanakan pembongkaran, terhitung mulai hari Jumat tanggal 11 Oktober 2019. Hal ini dimaksud untuk membantu Timdu bekerja dalam menyelesaikan konflik yang terjadi.
Disamping itu bahwasanya dengan diterbitkannya SK Bupati Batanghari Nomor: 180 tentang penempatan penerima kebun Plasma semua sebagai penyelsaian konflik didalam HGU PT. Berkat Sawit Utama sudah dianggap selesai.
Dimana dalam SK 180 tersebut menyebutkan, bahwa dalam rangka penyelesaian seluruh konflik warga SAD Desa Bungku, Kecamatan Bajubang, Kabupaten Batanghari terhadap tuntutan lahan seluas 3.550 hektar dengan PT. Asiatic Persada/BSU telah disepakati berupa Kompensasi penyerahan lahan inti kelapa sawit, infrastruktur jalan dan bangunan kepada warga SAD melalui pemerintah kabupaten Batanghari.
Namun pakta dilapangan kelompok ini tetap melakukan pendudukan lahan dengan mendirikan pondok dan melakukan pencurian TBS dilokasi tersebut, dan hal ini juga sudah dilaporkan pihak perusahaan ke Polres Batanghari,” ujar Ali Basrin.
Ali Basrin, juga membantah kalau pihak perusahaan telah melakukan pembongkaran paksa terhadap pondok-pondok yang didirikan oleh kelompok SAD 113, dan perampasan terhadap barang-barang milik kelompok tersebut.
“Kami perusahaan tidak melakukan tindakan brutal seperti apa yang dikatakan mereka. Kami perusahaan juga tidak pernah melakukan pembongkaran paksa dan perampasan barang-barang milik mereka,” tegas Ali Basrin.
