Sekda Batanghari, H. Bakhtiar, SP menegaskan, bahwa pemerintah kabupaten Batanghari akan menambah Dana Insentif Desa apabila desa yang bersangkutan patuh terhadap pengelolaan dana desa.

Bakhtiar, SP menegaskan, bahwa pemerintah kabupaten Batanghari akan menambah Dana Insentif Desa apabila desa yang bersangkutan patuh terhadap pengelolaan dana desa, baik itu dalam penyerapan dana desa, maupun kepatuhan terhadap waktu dalam penyampaian maupun terhadap penyusunan perencanaan dan penyampaian laporan penyerapan APBD yang terbaik.
“Jadi penyerapan APBD maupun penyusunan APBD yang terbaik sesuai dengan kebijakan, bahwa desa ini ditambah dengan dana insentif desa,” kata Sekda Bakhtiar pada Musrenbang RKPD di kecamatan Pemayung pada Rabu (12/2/2020).
Kepada media Sekda menjelaskan, bahwa penambahan dana insentif desa ini tidak lain untuk mempercepat dan memberikan motivasi kepada desa yang patuh terhadap pengelolaan dana desa (DD), baik itu dalam percepatan maupun kepatuhan terhadap waktu penyampaian maupun terhadap penyusunan perencanaan, penyampaian laporan, nanti akan diberikan dana insentif desa.
“Yang tercepat, kemudian patuh dan tidak melampaui waktu. Yang kedua memang serapan anggaran dan tentunya kualitas terhadap laporan keuangan desa yang bersangkutan ,” ujar Sekda.
Bakhtiar juga mengaku dana insentif desa ini dianggarkan melalui Anggaran pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD) kabupaten Batanghari tahun anggaran 2020. Namun saat itu Bakhtiar belum bisa menyebutkan berapa besaran dana yang dianggarkan untuk insentif desa tersebut.
“Tahun 2020 mulai, kita lihat nanti. Berapa nominalnya saya belum, kita lihat nanti, kan jumlahnya belum, berapa desa yang patuh itu. Ini untuk mempercepat penyampaian terhadap pelaporan keuangan desa dan kepatuhan terhadap penggunaan dana desa,” tegas Sekda.
Untuk diketahui di wilayah kecamatan Pemayung untuk penyusunan APBDesa tepat waktu diberikan kepada desa Serasah. Kemudian untuk serapan dana desa tertinggi dan realisasi terbaik diraih oleh desaSimpang Kubu Kandang dan Lembaga BPB terbaik 2017-2018 diraih oleh desa Kampung Pulau.
