BATANGHARINEWS.COM – Kamis (27/2/2020) pagi, Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIB Muarabulian, kabupaten Batanghari, melaksanakan kegiatan Media Gathering. Kepala Lapas Kelas IIB Muarabulian, Dwi Santosa, kepada media berujar kegiatan Media Gathering ini dilakukan secara serentak di seluruh Indonesia pada tanggal 27 Februari 2020, melalui teleconperence dan dalam rangka mewujudkan resoluisi pemasyarakatan tahun 2020, serta guna peningkatan sinergi dan kolaborasi antara jajaran pemasyarakatan dengan awak media dan stakeholder lainnya. “Lapas juga membuka diri untuk pemberitaan dari media. Diharapkan dengan kolaborasi kita bersama dengan media, dapat mendukung resolusi pemasyarakatan tahun 2020 sebagaimana diamanatkan Ditjen Pemasyarakatan,” ujar Dwi Santosa. Kata dia, deklarasi resolusi pemasyarakatan tahun 2020, terdiri dari 15 poin resolusi sebagaimana disampaikan Dirjen Pemasyarakatan, Dr Sri Puguh Budi Utami.
Adapun 15 poin Deklarasi Resolusi Pemasyarakatan tahun 2020 sebagai berikut: Berkomitmen mendorong 681 Satuan Kerja (Satker) Pemasyarakatan mendapatkan predikat WBK/WBBM; Pemberian hak Remisi kepada 288.530 narapidana; Pemberian program integrasi berupa Pembebasan Bersyarat (PB), Cuti Bersyarat (CB), dan Cuti Menjelang Bebas (CMB) kepada 69.358 narapidana; Pemberian rehabilitasi medis dan sosial kepada 21.540 narapidana pengguna narkotika; Pemberian layanan makanan siap saji di UPT Pemasyarakatan Tangerang dan Nusakambangan; Pencegahan dan pengendalian penyakit menular di seluruh Lapas/ Rutan; Peningkatan kualitas WBP menjadi SDM unggul melalui pelatihan keterampilan bersertifikasi kepada 35.860 narapidana; Mewujudkan ketahanan pangan melalui penanaman tanaman pangan seluas 100 ha; Mewujudkan zero overstaying; Mewujudkan penyelesaian overcrowding; Meningkatkan PNBP sebesar Rp 7 milyar; Pembentukan kelompok masyarakat peduli Pemasyarakatan pada tiap wilayah; Menyelenggarakan sekolah mandiri bagi anak merdeka belajar pada 19 LPKA; Mewujudkan revitalisasi pengelolaan basan dan baran pada 64 Rupbasan; dan Mengantarkan 48 narapidana teroris berikrar kesetiaan kepada NKRI.
