MERANGIN - Beberapa waktu lalu, terungkap ada 18 desa di Kabupaten Merangin yang belum menyelesaikan dan menyerahkan Surat Pertanggung Jawaban (SPJ) Dana Desa tahun 2018.

 

Jika sebelumnuya Bupati Merangin, Al Haris minta, agar pihak Inspektorat Kabupaten Merangin pro aktif untuk melakukan audit dan tidak akan mencairkan Dana Desa tahun 2020 terhadap belasan desa tersebut.

 

Kali ini persoalan SPJ belasan desa tersebut mendapat respon langsung dari wakil rakyat yang ada di gedung Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Merangin. 

 

Seperti disampaikan wakil ketua DPRD Kabupaten Merangin Zaidan Ismail, SHi. Dia mengaku baru mengetahui adanya sejumlah desa yang belum menyerahkan SPJ  tahun 2018 tersenut.

 

Dikatakan Zaidan, dirinya tidak habis pikir masalah tersebut baru muncul di tahun 2020, sementara syarat pencairan Dana Desa tahun 2019 seharusnya adalah SPJ 2018 mestinya diselesaikan terlebih dahulu.

 

“Dimana letak masalahnya kok bisa jadi seperti ini, sekarang sudah tahun 2020. Sementara pencairan Dana Desa 2019 sudah selesai,” ujar Zaidan, Selasa (17/3/2020).

 

Diakui Zaidan, pihaknya belum mendapatkan laporan dari pihak terkait soal masalah SPJ yang bermasalah tersebut. Selama ini laporan penggunaan Dana Desa di Kabupaten Merangin, aman aman saja.

 

“Laporan ke kami tidak ada masalah dan aman aman saja. Kami akan panggil dinas terkait, camat dan kepala desanya,” tegas Zaidan lagi.

 

Hal senada juga dikatakan Muhammad Yani, Amd, Ketua Komisi II DPRD Merangin.  Poitisi NasDem ini menyayangkan jika memang SPJ tahun 2018 tidak selesai, desa yang bersangkutan Dana Desa tahun 2020 tidak dicairkan, maka desa tersebut akan rugi.

 

“Ya kami sangat menyayangkan, kalau tidak dicairkan Dana Desa tahun ini kan rugi desanya, masyarakat jadi korban. Maka kami akan coba panggil pihak pemerintah dan desa terkait,” ucap Muhammad Yani, Rabu (18/3/20)

 

Informasi terakhir dari sejumlah desa yang bermasalah dengan SPJ ini, beberapa diantaranya sudah menyerahkan SPJ nya, dan sebagian desa lainnya masih dalam proses penyelesaian SPJ.
