Pantauan dilokasi, kondisi fisik kapal bantuan miliaran rupiah tersebut sangat memperhatinkan, tak ubahnya seperti barang rongsokan dan tampak rusak dan berkarat. Kapal Inkamina ini diduga dibiarkan terbengkalai begitu saja oleh pemerintah.
Abdul salah satu warga mengatakan, bahwa dirinya sudah lama melihat kapal bantuan Inkamina ini tepakir dan tidak terurus. Abdul mengaku prihatin melihat kondisi aset negara yang tidak dipelihara itu. Menurutnya, tidak mudah mendapatkan bantuan tersebut, namun setelah didapatbdisia-siakan begitu saja.
"Sayang aset pemerintah yang miliaran dibiarkan begitu saja," ucapnya.
Menurutnya, kapal Inkamina bantuan ini sebelumnya difungsikan untuk diperuntuhkan kelompok tani nelayan yang ada di kabupaten Tanjabbarat. Tidak tau pasti kenapa hingga seperti ini jadinya kondisi kapal bantuan Inkamina dari pemerintah pusat ini," jelasnya.
Hal senada juga diutarakan oleh berapa nelayan lainnya. Mereka juga sangat menyangkan kondisi kapal bantuan Inkamina tersebut dengan kondisi rusak terbengkelai yang sudah bertahun-tahun tanpa adanya upaya perbaikan dan perawatan dari pemerintah.
Hingga berita ini dipublis media ini, Kadis Perikanan Kabupaten Tanjabbarat belum berasil dimintai tanggapannya terkait kapl Inkamina ini.
