MERANGIN - Kepolisian Resort Merangin  mengamankan pelaku narkoba jenis sabu. Kali ini atas nama MIH alias H bin IH (19) beralamat di desa Sungai Ulak, Kecamatan Nalo Tantan, Kabupaten Merangin.

Tersangka MIH diamankan oleh Sat Res Narkoba Polres Merangin di depan SMA 6 Sungai Ulak, Kecamatan Nalo Tantan, Kabuipaten Merangin, Jumat (3/7/2020) sekitar pukul 02.00 WIB.

Penangkapan tersangka MIH tersebut, berkat adanya laporan masyarakat bahwa didepan SMA 6 Merangin akan ada transaksi narkoba jenis Shabu. Menanggapi informasi itu Satres Narkoba dipimpin Aiptu Timbul Silaen kemudian berhasil meringkus MIH di Tempat Kejadian Perkara (TKP) dengan  barang bukti 11 paket narkoba jenis Shabu disaku celana bagian depan. Meski awalnya MIH  tidak mengakui barang haram itu miliknya  dan hanya disuruh mengantar oleh Jacky Adrianto di TKP, dan dari hasil introgasi MIH mengaku kalu barang bahkan  tersebut milik Yono yang beralamatkan di SPC Hitam Ulu.

Dari hasil pengembangan tim Satres Narkoba Polres Merangin, berhasil mengamankan barang bukti berupa 1 buah plastik bening berisi narkoba jenis shabu bruto 0.04 gram; 1 buah potongan kertas timah rokok warna silver; 1 buah bungkus rokok  gudang garam surya isi 12 warna coklat; 1 Unit HP merk nokia warna hitam beserta kartu sim; dan 1 unit sepeda motor honda supra X warna hitam beserta kunci kontak.

Menurut Kapolres Merangin AKBP M. Lutfi, kini tersangka MIH diamankan di Mapolres Merangin untuk penyelidikan lebih lanjut, dan tersangka dikenai pasal 114 ayat (1), Pasal112 ayat (1) Undang Undang Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 35 Tahun 2009, tentang Narkotika.

“Benar tersangka MIH beserta barang buktri kini diamanakan di Polres Merangin untuk penyelidikan lebih lanjut. Tersangka dikenai pasal 114 ayat (1), Pasal112 ayat (1) Undang Undang Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 35 Tahun 2009, tentang Narkotika,” tandas Kapolres Merangin.
