Dalam kasus minerba Tim Tinfak Pidana Tertentu (Tipiter) berhasil mengamankan SAF yang telah di infokan masyarakat sedang membawa emas hasil Pertambangan Emas Tanpa illegal di kawasan Kecamatan Tabir Ulu.

Dalam penangkapan tersebut dari tangan tersangka tim berhasil mengamankan emas urai seberat 55, 23 gram dan satu bungkus emas seberat 6,45 gram serta uang Rp 2.894.000"

"SAF diamankan berkat adanya laporan masyarakat yang mengatakan bahwa adanya seseorang yang sedang membawa emas dari hasil PETI," ungkap Kapolrrs Merangin.

Di wilayah Kecamatan Pangkalan Jambu Tim Sat Narkoba  berhasil mengamankan tiga orang pelaku penyalah gunaan narkotika.

Ketiga orang yang di amankan bersama beberapa barang bukti tersebut merupakan berasal dari satu desa yang sama yakni Desa Perentak Kecamatan Pangkalan Jambu.

Hal ini diungkapkan oleh Kapolres Merangin AKBP Irwan Andi Purnamawan S.IK di saat konfensi pers di ruang aula Mapolres pada Sabtu 26/09/2020.

"Ketiga orang pelaku penyalah gunaan narkotika ini merupakan warga Perentak kecamatan Pangkalan Jambu dan akan di kenakan pasal 114 dan 112 UUD RI No 35 tentang narkotika tahun 2009 dengan ancaman maximal 5 tahun penjara, dan S.A.F akan terancam dengan hukuman maksimal 5 tahun penjara," tandas Kapolres Merangin.
