JAMBI - Penjabat Sementara Gubernur Jambi, Ir. Restuardy Daud, M.Sc, membuka ruang komunikasi penyampaian aspirasi dengan mengundang BEM dan Paguyuban Mahasiswa di Rumah Dinas Gubernur Jambi, Senin (19/10/20).
Pjs.Gubernur Jambi mengakui adanya penyampaian aspirasi mahasiswa dalam beberapa hari terakhir merupakan bentuk sikap kritis yang telah dijamin Undang-Undang sehingga hal tersebut menjadi perhatian Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi dengan membuka ruang komunikasi menampung saran dan kritik. "Membawa aspirasi masyarakat dapat tersalurkan dan dijamin Undang-Undang namun dalam bernegara ada keseimbangan yang perlu dijaga," ungkap Pjs.Gubernur Jambi.
Ada beberapa tantangan bersama yang disampaikan Pjs.Gubernur Jambi untuk menjadi perhatian yaitu tantangan 2020-2035 masuk periode bonus demografi dengan kondisi usia produktif lebih banyak dari usia non produktif yang peluang tersebut hendaknya dapat terisi secara maksimal termasuk mengenai Angkatan Kerja 2,9 juta-3 juta setiap tahun memasuki bursa kerja yang tergabung bersaing bersama 13 juta pencari kerja. "Jadi perhatian kita untuk membuka lapangan kerja dan setiap tahun ada satu juta lebih alumni dari universitas," kata Pjs.Gubernur Jambi.
Menyikapi kondisi tersebut menjadi harapan dengan ruang aspirasi dan komunikasi Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi menampung saran dan kritik terkait Omnibus Law UU Cipta Kerja.
Paguyuban Mahasiswa Bungo dan BEM Unja menyampaikan kritik terkait pasal yang mengatur tentang Agraria, Ketenagakerjaan, Hutan, Izin Amdal.
Pjs. Gubernur Jambi secara khusus mengajak semua elemen membahas dan menyampaikan saran pada tim kerja yang dibentuk untuk menampung aspirasi tersebut sesuai klaster Undang Undang terkait. "Ada Rancangan Peraturan Pemerintah menjadi ruang bagi kita untuk menyampaikan itu," kata Pjs.Gubernur Jambi.
