JAMBI - Penjabat Sementara (Pjs) Gubernur Jambi, Ir. Restuardy (Ardy) Daud,M.Sc menerima piagam WTP (Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian) dari Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia, yang diserahkan oleh Kepala Kantor Wilayah Ditjen Perbendaharaan Provinsi Jambi, Supendi, bertempat di Rumah Dinas Gubernur Jambi, Selasa (20/10/2020) sore.
Ada dua penghargaan yang diterima Pjs.Gubernur Jambi, yakni penghargaan WTP atas laporan keuangan Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi tahun 2019 dan penghargaan WTP 5 (lima) tahun berturut-turut, tahun 2015 – 2019.
Penghargaan tersebut telah diumumkan dalam Rapat Kerja Nasional Akuntansi dan Pelaporan Keuangan Pemerintah Tahun 2020, yang dilaksanakan secara virtual oleh Kementerian Keuangan RI pada Selasa (22/9/2020).
Dalam Rakernas tersebut dilaksanakan pemberian penghargaan kepada entitas pelaporan peraih Opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian 10 kali berturut-turut atas pelaporan keuangan tahun 2010 – 2019, peraih opini WTP 5 kali berturut-turut atas pelaporan keuangan tahun 2015 – 2019, dan peraih opini WTP tahun 2019. Provinsi Jambi menerima penghargaan peraih opini WTP 5 (lima) kali berturut-turut atas pelaporan keuangan tahun 2015 – 2019.
Penghargaan Opini WTP 5 kali berturut-turut yang baru diterima dari Menteri Keuangan itu atas Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan (LHP) tahun 2015 - 2019, namun kalau secara keseluruhan, Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi telah 8 (delapan kali) menerima Opini WTP, dan itu berturut-turut. Opini WTP ke-8 kalinya diterima oleh Pemprov Jambi pada 30 Juni 2020.
Kepala Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan Provinsi Jambi Supendi menyampaikan, ada dua penghargaan yang diserahkan, di Provinsi Jambi ada 5 Pemda yang menerima WTP 5 tahun berturut-turut, yaitu : Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi, Pemerintah Kabupaten Batanghari, Kerinci, Tebo, dan Pemerintah Kota Sungai Penuh. “yang 4 tahun berturut Kota Jambi, Muaro Jambi, Merangin, dan Sarolangun, dan yang 3 kali berturut Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur, Tanjung Jabung Barat, dan Bungo,” ujar Supendi.
Ardy Daud mengapresiasi piagam penghargaan tersebut yang merupakan buah dari kerja keras dan kerja sinergi semua pihak terkait. Selanjutnya, Ardy Daud mengharapkan agar Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi dan Pemerintah Kabupaten dan Kota se Provinsi Jambi meraih opini WTP atas pemeriksaan laporan keuangan tahun anggaran 2020.
Setelah penyerahan penghargaan tersebut, Ardy Daud berdiskusi dengan dari Kepala Kantor Wilayah Ditjen Perbendaharaan Provinsi Jambi Supendi, Kepala Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) Provinsi Jambi Endang Nuryadin, dan Dirut Bank Jambi Yunsak El Halcon tentang penyaluran kredit usaha kepada Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Provinsi Jambi, untuk membantu UMKM bisa bertahan, bahkan jika bisa mengembangkan usahanya.
“Untuk pemulihan ekonomi nasional, Bank Jambi memperoleh penempatan dana dari Kementerian Keuangan sebesar Rp300 miliar, yang diminta untuk di-leverage dua kali lipat, untuk disalurkan kepada usaha-usaha produktif, sehingga bisa membantu masyarakat Provinsi Jambi dalam pemulihan ekonomi nasional.
