JAMBI - PT Pertamina EP, anak perusahaan PT Pertamina (Persero) sekaligus Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) di bawah pengawasan SKK Migas, melalui Pertamina EP Asset 1 Jambi Field (PEP Jambi) merangkul masyarakat sekitar wilayah operasional perusahaan untuk bangkit lewat Program Pengembangan Masyarakat (PPM)/Tanggung Jawab Sosial (TJS).
Terdapat dua Program Pengembangan Masyarakat unggulan PEP Jambi, yakni: Rumah Batik Serumpun Berlian dan Kebun Hidroponik Barokah. Program Rumah Batik sudah berjalan memasuki tahun ketiga, sedangkan Program Kebun Hidroponik Barokah baru berjalan tahun ini.
Legal and Relation Assistant Manager Jambi Field, Ari Rachmadi menjelaskan, sejak beberapa tahun terakhir, PEP Jambi mengubah pola bantuan kepada masyarakat. Pola bantuan yang terbagi dalam kategori charity dan pemberdayaan masyarakat , kini diatur porsinya dengan mengedepankan pola pemberdayaan masyarakat.
Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat ini, beber Ari, memiliki rencana kerja atau roadmap untuk 5 tahun kedepan. Tahun pertama, tahap inisiasi, yakni pembentukan kelompok serta penambahan sarana dan prasarana. Memasuki tahun kedua, tahap pengembangan, yakni pembangunan tempat usaha.
Tahun berikutnya, tahap pemantapan dengan melakukan diversifikasi produk dan perluasan pemasaran, baik online maupun offline.
Di tahun keempat, PEP Jambi melakukan penguatan dengan menjadikan usaha mitra binaan sebagai destinasi utama edukasi dan pembentukan Koperasi Serba Usaha (KSU).
“Tahun terakhir, masuk pada tahap kemandirian. Diharapkan mitra binaan sudah bisa mandiri dan usahanya menjadi contoh bagi daerah lain,” ujarnya.
