Di-doa-kan Pjs Gubernur Jambi, para Pahlawan yang telah gugur berjuang merebut kemerdekaan itu, diterima disisi Allah SWT dan diterima seluruh amal dan jasa-jasanya. Restuardy Daud berterimakasih atas pengorbanan Pahlawan Merangin.
‘’Tinggal kita yang meneruskan perjuangan para Pahlawan kita ini. Tugas kita mengisi kemerdekaan ini dengan kerja keras, sehingga Jambi bisa maju dan berkembang sebagaimana yang diharapkan para Pahlawan kita,’’ terang Pjs Gubernur Jambi.
Upacara Ziarah Nasional dalam rangka memperingati hari Pahlawan 2020 itu, berlangsung khidmat. Selain diikuti unsur Forkopimda Merangin juga diikuti para pejabat di jajaran Pemkab Merangin.
