BATANGHARINEWS.COM- Memasuki Kuartal Pertama Tahun 2020, kita semua merasakan imbas dari adanya pandemik global yang disebabkan covid-19.
Tidak terkecuali dengan kegiatan usaha hulu migas yang juga mengalami triple shock, yaitu menurunnya harga minyak dunia (yang berakibat pada harga minyak nasional/ICP), nilai tukar rupiah yang sempat lemah secara signifikan dan turunnya permintaan (demand) komoditi gas. Namun demikian, melalui usaha dan upaya yang optimal, SKK Migas Sumbagsel bersama dengan Kontraktor KKS dapat mempertahankan capaian produksi migas sesuai target APBNP 2020.
Rata-rata produksi harian minyak bumi wilayah Sumbagsel hingga Akhir Oktober 2020 tercatat 74.201 BOPD sementara rata-rata produksi harian gas sebesar 1.838 MMSCFD. “Kita akan terus melakukan pengawasan agar produksi minyak dan gas wilayah Sumbagsel, dapat tercapai sesuai dengan target APBNP 2020,“ kata Kepala Perwakilan SKK Migas Sumbagsel Adiyanto Agus Handoyo, pada kegiatan INFRADA Sumsel 2020, Jumat 27 November 2020.
“Kondisi mewabahnya pandemi global covid-19 yang belum berakhir saat ini sangat mempengaruhi kegiatan operasional hulu migas di lapangan. “Turunnya harga minyak dunia, kebijakan pembatasan produksi oleh negara-negara penghasil minyak, “isu perang harga antara Amerika-China“ merupakan faktor-faktor yang memicu berfluktuasinya nilai tukar Rupiah serta mempengaruhi demand atau permintaan komoditi migas.
Selain itu, di awal merebaknya covid-19, disebabkan karena disinformasi mengenai pandemik ini, mengakibatkan timbulnya kecurigaan dan pembatasan terhadap lalu lintas pekerja dan barang untuk mendukung aktifitas di wilayah operasi migas” ungkap Adiyanto.
Produksi minyak dan gas Sumbagsel berasal dari 23 Kontraktor KKS yang mengelola wilayah kerja yang telah berproduksi dimana 15 Kontraktor KKS berada di wilayah Sumatera Selatan, dan 4 terbesar produksinya masing-masing yaitu Pertamina EP, Medco E&P Rimau, dan ConocoPhillips Grisik Ltd., dan PHE Jambi Merang.
Sementara untuk hasil produksi gas tertinggi wilayah Sumatera Selatan dihasilkan oleh ConocoPhillips Grissik Ltd.
Sementara di Wilayah Jambi terdapat 7 Kontraktor KKS yang telah berproduksi dengan angka produksi minyak dan gas terbesar dihasilkan oleh KKKS PetroChina International Jabung, PT Pertamina EP Asset 1 dan Montd’or Oil Tungkal Ltd.
Atas capaian ini Adiyanto sangat mengapresiasi kerja keras semua KKKS dan mengharapkan agar kedepannya produksi migas Sumbagsel dapat naik secara signifikan. Selanjutnya ia mengungkapkan bahwa SKK Migas – KKKS Sumbagsel akan terus menjaga komitmen dalam usaha mencari cadangan migas untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi nasional. Adiyanto juga menyatakan siap untuk memaksimalkan segala upaya dalam hal mewujudkan cita-cita bersama 1 Juta BOPD tahun 2030.
Guna membantu pemerintah dalam penanggulangan Covid-19, SKK Migas-KKKS Sumbagsel juga turut andil memberikan perannya dengan menyalurkan berbagai jenis bantuan berbentuk alat kesehatan maupun sembako baik kepada masyarakat, tenaga kesehatan maupun rekan wartawan di semua wilayah kerja migas.
Tercatat, sejak Maret hingga November 2020 SKK Migas – KKKS Sumbagsel telah menyalurkan bantuan senilai lebih dari 6 miliar rupiah. “kedengarannya besar, namun kami sangat memahami angka ini sangat kecil bila dibandingkan dengan sulitnya kondisi yang dihadapi masyarakat saat ini,” kata Adiyanto. “Namun berapapun itu, kami harapkan semoga bantuan yang diberikan dapat sedikit meringankan beban masyarakat,” imbuhnya.
Pada pelaksanaan INFRADA Sumsel ke-2 ditahun 2020 ini, SKK Migas bersama KKKS Wilayah Sumbagsel berkesempatan memberikan apresiasi kepada Panglima Komando Daerah Militer (Kodam) II/Sriwijaya, Kepala Kepolisian Daerah (Polda) Sumsel, Kepala BPKH Wilayah II Palembang, Kepala BP DAS Musi Sumsel, Kepala Kantor Wilayah BPN Provinsi Sumsel, Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumsel, Kepala Dinas ESDM Provinsi Sumsel, Kepala Dinas PMPTSP Provinsi Sumsel, Kepala Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi Sumsel dan Kepala Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Sumsel.
”Pemberian penghargaan ini merupakan bentuk ucapan terimakasih dan apresiasi dari SKK Migas, Kontraktor KKS dan seluruh pelaku hulu migas di Sumbagsel kepada Para Pemangku Kepentingan di tatanan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan atas dukungan, bantuan dan kontribusi yang diberikan dalam kelancaran dan keamanan operasi industri hulu migas yang sekaligus merupakan obyek vital nasional, melalui upaya dan dukungan sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsi masing-masing institusi, sehingga dapat mendukung suasana yang kondusif bagi iklim investasi, khususnya di sektor hulu minyak dan gas bumi” tutup Adiyanto.
