MUAROJAMBI - Anggota DPRD Muaro Jambi Daerah Pemilihan (Dapil) V Jambi Luar Kota (Jaluko), Zulkifli SH, menggelar kegiatan reses di Di Desa Kedemangan Kecamatan Jambi Luar Kota Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, Kamis (11/2/2021).
Kegiatan dalam rangka menyerap aspirasi dari masyarakat ini dipusatkan di samping Balai Desa Kedemangan tepatnya di Rt. 07.
Kegiatan reses ini turut dihadiri langsung Kepala Desa Kedemangan Zainuddin S, Pemerintah Desa Kedemangan, Ketua dan Anggota BPD, para kepala Dusun, Ketua Rt, dan ratusan masyarakat Desa Kedemangan.
Zulkifli I dalam sambutannya menyampaikan, bahwa kegiatan reses anggota DPRD diagendakan dua kali dalam satu tahun dengan jumlah titik reses sebanyak empat lokasi.
"Untuk Tahun 2021,ini reses pertama kita. Hari ini reses nya Desa Kedemangan dan Desa Sembubuk, Paginya di Desa Kedemangan sorenya lagi lanjut ke Desa Sembubuk," ata Zulkifli kepada awak media
Ketua Dewan Pimpinan Cabang (DPC) Gerindra Muaro Jambi ini menghimbau dalam kegiatan reses ini agar masyarakat Desa Kedemangan memanfaatkan agenda reses ini untuk menyampaikan aspirasinya. Baik itu tentang pembangunan insfrastruktur, Ekonomi, Kesehatan, Pendidikan, dan berbagai aspek lainnya.
"Jadi kesempatan ini jangan disiasiakan, harus dimanfaatkan betul, supaya aspirasi dari warga bisa kita bawa untuk di paripurnakan di DPRD," katanya.
Zulkifli I kemudian mempersilahkan warga untuk menyampaikan beberapa aspirasi dan keluhannya. Kepala Desa Kedemangan Zainuddin S langsung tampil menyampaikan beberapa usulannya . pria yang biasa disapa Ning Zai ini meminta agar jalan yang juga terhubung dengan Desa tetangga agar bisa segera di bangun.
"Jalan petani yang tembus ke Desa Senaung lebih kurang 1 Km itu usulan kami, kemudian rehab jalan utama Desa kami pak, yang bisa tembus ke komplek Wisata Percandian Muaro Jambi,minta bantu usulkan pak, agar bisa segera diperbaiki," katanya.
Zainuddin berharap agar semua aspirasi dari warganya ditampung dan diperjuangkan sehingga hasilnya terlihat kedepan.
"Sebagai perpanjangan tangan kami di Dewan, mohon agar aspirasi warga kami diperjuangkan pak," katanya.
Nur Ketua Rt. 07 juga menyampaikan keluhan masalah lampu jalan di beberapa lorong jalan Desa Kedemangan agar segera dipasang.
"Kalau ada lampu jalan enak pak, Anak-anak kalau pas pulang dari belajar mengaji malam, tidak merasa takut dan merasa kegelapan lagi pak," ucap wanita yang akrab disapa Bik Nur.
Sani Tokoh masyarakat Desa Kedemangan juga ikut menyampaikan beberapa usulan, meminta agar Kecamatan Jambi Luar Kota di lakukan pemekaran.
"Karena kami dari sebrang ni, kalau nak berurusan ke kantor Camat Jaluko tu jauh nian pak," katanya.
Somad perwakilan dari kelompok tani Desa Kedemangan juga tak ingin ketinggalan memberikan usulan. ia mengusulkan agar kelompok tani diberikan bantuan berupa bibit untuk bercocok tanam dan beternak.
"Kami meminta Bibit pinang pak, atau juga bibit itik agar bisa dikelola oleh masyarakat Desa Kedemangan pak," kata mantan ketua Rt.01 ini.
Zulkifli dalam kesempatan itu menjelaskan terhadap aspirasi yang di sampaikan warga Desa Kedemangan. dia memastikan bahwa seluruh aspirasi itu telah ditampung dan akan di sampaikan pada paripurna DPRD Muaro Jambi. secara bertahap aspirasi itu akan diperjuangkan untuk direalisasikan kedepan.
"Semua usulan dari masyarakat akan kami rangkum dan kami bawa ke paripurna DPRD, kalau tidak segera terealisasi jangan langsung berkecil hati, yang jelas saya akan berupaya untuk memperjuangkan setiap aspirasi yang disampaikan tersebut," katanya.
Zulkifli juga menjelaskan untuk kelompok tani Desa Kedemangan agar segera mebuatkan proposal ajuan untuk meminta diadakan bantuan bibit pertanian maupun peternakan.
"Ada beberapa usulan dari kelompok tani tentang peternakan tadi, mungkin peternakan itik, itu akan kita giring dan akan kita realisasikan. karena ini akan meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. kalau pun tidak ada anggaran untuk tahun ini, InsyaAllah akan saya bantu secara pribadi. untuk mensupport dan meningkatkan semangat kelompok tani," kata mantan kepala Desa Pematang Jering.
