JAMBI - Penjabat (Pj) Gubernur Jambi, Dr. Hari Nur Cahya Murni, M.Si mengikuti secara virtual Rapat Koordinasi Monitoring dan Evaluasi (Monev) vaksinasi COVID-19, Senin (22/2/2021) di Kantor Gubernur Jambi.
Kegiatan ini digelar oleh Kementerian Kesehatan (Kemenkes), guna membahas akselerasi percepatan vaksinasi COVID-19 yang dipimpin langsung oleh Menteri Kesehatan, Budi Gunadi Sadikin, dan Menteri Dalam Negeri Muhammad Tito Karnavian serta diikuti perwakilan Panglima TNI dan Kapolri, juga Gubernur, Pangdam dan Kapolda seluruh Indonesia.
Pj Gubernur Jambi mengungkapkan, sesuai arahan Menkes Budi Gunadi Sadikin, sangat berharap pada seluruh jajaran pemerintah daerah untuk melakukan percepatan dan terobosan untuk vaksinasi 1,46 juta tenaga kesehatan yang tersebar di 34 provinsi, yang tadinya akan selesai di akhir bulan Februari, ternyata selesai lebih cepat 1 minggu.
Pj Gubernur Jambi menambahkan, kegiatan vaksinasi tahap kedua akan dilanjutkan bagi petugas publik yang akan dilaksanakan bersamaan dengan warga lanjut usia (lansia).
Sementara itu berdasarkan data Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Jambi, vaksinasi dosis kedua bagi tenaga kesehatan di Jambi telah dilakukan pendataan terhadap masyarakat yang akan mengikuti vaksinasi tahap II dengan jumlah penerima vaksin 505.199 orang termasuk di dalamnya lansia yang sebelumnya belum diperbolehkan untuk di vaksin. Dari jumlah tersebut vaksin yang dibutuhkan sekitar 1.010.238 dosis vaksin.
Sesuai dengan petunjuk pusat, pelaksanan vaksinasi tahap II akan dilakukan pada minggu keempat bulan februari ini.
Menurut Plt. Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Jambi, Raflizar, SKM., M.Kes, vaksinasi tahap pertama yang menyasar pada tenaga kesehatan telah hampir selesai dengan persentase 75% dari 23.848 nakes dan sisanya ditunda karena alasan medis.
Sementara itu, dalam Rakor Monev tersebut, Menteri Dalam Negeri Muhammad Tito Karnavian menyampaikan saran atas evaluasi proses vaksinasi yang sudah berlangsung, salah satunya disebutkan Mendagri yaitu kendala tenaga kesehatan yang tidak bisa divaksinasi karena tensinya tinggi.
"Kami sarankan, kalau bisa selain alat tensi digital, juva menggunakan alat tensi manual yang air raksa. Karena yang alat tensi digital sangat sensitif. Banyak sekali dialami, dengan digital 145/95, dicoba dengan yang manual 130/80. Sehingga batal divaksin karena menggunakan tensi digital," sarannya.
Selain itu, Mendagri juga meminta kepada Kepala Daerah untuk menyampaikan kepada masyarakat bahwa setelah divaksin tidak langsung aman. Karena banyak yang salah persepsi.
"Masih banyak berita di media, yang banyak dipertanyakan masyarakat yang tidak paham kenapa sudah divaksinasi masih tertular Covid. Ini perlu disampaikan betul bahwa kekebalan tubuh itu maksimal 28 hari setelah vaksin kedua. Jadi lebih kurang 42 hari semenjak vaksin pertama atau 28 hari setelah vaksin kedua," urainya.
Jadi, lanjut Mendagri, selama 42 hari protokol kesehatan tetap dijaga karena masih bisa terinfeksi.
"Bahkan setelah keluar antibodinya pun diupayakan jangan sampai terinfeksi dengan tetap pada protokol menggunakan masker, menjaga jarak dan mencuci tangan dengan benar. Ini sosialisasi di daerah-daerah perlu disampaikan. Mereka pikir kalau sudah vaksin sudah aman sehingga masker dilepas," demikian Mendagri.
