R.M.Mulawarmansyah, menghadiri sekaligus menerima hasil evaluasi Sistem Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (SAKIP) RB 2020 yang secara langsung diserahkan oleh Menteri Pemberdayaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Bapak Tjahyo Kumolo, bertempat di birawa asimble Hall hotel bidakara Jakarta Selatan, Kamis pagi (22/4/2021) pada acara SAKIP Award 2020 yang dimotori oleh kementerian PANRB.
Merujuk pada surat KemenPANRB nomor B/632/S.AA.05/3021 tanggal 15 april 2021 tentang undangan penerima Sistem Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (SAKIB) dan pelaksanaan Reformasi birokrasi pemerintahan daerah kabupaten/kota secara nasional,
Di tengah pandemi Covid-19, acara yang bertajuk SAKIP-RB Award 2020 ini dilaksanakan dengan perpaduan antara tatap muka langsung dan melalui daring. “Menteri PANRB akan memberikan hasil evaluasi secara simbolis kepada 66 pemerintah provinsi, kabupaten, dan kota yang hadir secara langsung termasuk Pemkab batanghari.
SAKIP pemkab batanghari memperoleh nilai yang sangat memuaskan yakni Sakip (BB) dan pelaksanaan Reformasi birokrasi (B) pada tahun 2020, dari 11 kabupaten kota dan pemerintah Provinsi, pemkab batanghari lebih baik diantara kabupaten/kota yang ada di provinsi Jambi.
Berdasarkan amanat peraturan pemerintah Nomor 8 tahun 2006 tentang pelaporan keuangan dak kinerja instansi pemerintah, juga peraturan presiden nomor 29 tahun 2014 tentang SAKIP dan permen PANRB nomor 26 tahun 2020 tentang evaluasi pelaksanaan Reformasi birokrasi terhadap pemerintah daerah.
Kegiatan penyerahan hasil evaluasi akuntabilitas kinerja dan pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi instansi pemerintah tahun 2020 merupakan bagian akhir dari serangkaian proses evaluasi akuntabilitas kinerja dan pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi instansi pemerintah. Kegiatan ini juga dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk apresiasi dan penghargaan kepada instansi pemerintah yang telah mampu menunjukkan berbagai perubahan dan inovasi dalam tata kelola pemerintahannya. Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini dapat memacu pemerintah daerah untuk semakin meningkatkan kualitas tata kelola pemerintah dan semakin meningkatkan efektivitas penggunaan anggaran.
