JAMBI – Ketua DPRD Provinsi Jambi, Edi Purwanto meminta Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi terus berbenah dan meningkatkan kinerjanya dalam setiap lini termasuk masalah pengelolan keuangan Negara yang bersumber dari APBD maupun yang lain.
Meski opin WTP dari BPK RI sudah diraih, menurut Edi tidak bisa dijadikan acuan oleh pihak Pemprov Jambi untuk berpuas diri mengingat masih ada beberapa catatan yang dipberikan oleh lembaga Negara itu.
“Harus dijadikan koreksi, artinya kinerjanya lebih ditingkatkan lagi,” kata Edi usai memimpin rapat paripurna dengan agenda penyerahan Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan (LHP) BPK RI Perwakilan Provinsi Jambi atas laporan keuangan Pemprov Jambi tahun anggaran 2020 Rabu 3 Juni 2021.
Realisasi dan penggunaan anggaran, kata Edi harus dilakukan dengan baik serta beberapa catatan yang diberikan BPK harus diselesaikan dengan baik.
“Apabila ada kebocoran atau pelanggaran yang ada segera diperbaiki formulasinya, sehingga anggaran yang ada bisa dimaksimalkan dengan baik,” katanya.
Namun demikian, wakil rakyat dari dapil Kota Jambi itu tetap memberikan apresiasi atas keberhasilan yang telah diraih oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi dangan meraih opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) dari BPK Republik Indonesia.
Untuk diketahui, BPK RI kembali memberikan opini WTP terhadap LHP pemerintah provinsi jambi. Ini untuk kesembilan kalinya opini tersebut diraih pemprov jambi secara berturut.
Namun demikian, BPK RI masih memberikan catatan yang harus diperbaiki oleh pemprov jambi, salah satunya adalah tentang adanya beberapa pendapatan atas pajak yang belum dilaporkan.
Selain itu ada juga beberapa tunggakan yang belum dibayarkan oleh pihak ketiga yang harus ditagih oleh pihak pemprov jambi.
BPK RI juga merekomendasikan kepada Pemprov Jambi untuk mengkaji dan menyesuaikan regulasi pengenaan sanksi administratif dengan ketentuan.
Rapat paripurna tersebut dilaksanakan di gedung DPRD Provinsi Jambi, yang di hadiri oleh para anggota DPRD Provinsi Jambi termasuk Wakil Ketua DPRD Rocky Candra dan Burhanudin Mahir. Kemudian dari pihak eksekutif turut juga hadir Pj Gubernur Jambi Hari Nur Cahya Murni dan Kepala BPK Jambi.
