JAMBI - DPRD Provinsi Jambi, Senin (21/6) menggelar sidang paripurna dengan agenda penyampaian jawaban Penjabat Gubernur Jambi atas Pemandangan Umum Fraksi terhadap Ranperda pertanggungjawaban pelaksanaan APBD tahun anggaran 2020. Sidang paripurna dipimpin langsung Ketua DPRD Provinsi Jambi, Edi Purwanto didampingi Wakil Ketua DPRD Rocku Candra, Pinto Jayanegara dan Burhanuddin Mahir serta dihadiri langsung Pj Gubernur Jambi, Hari Nur Cahya Murni. Dalam penyampaiannya, Pj Gubernur Jambi mengatakan, Ranperda tentang pertanggungjawaban pelaksanaan APBD tahun 2020, yang disampaikan kepada DPRD Provinsi Jambi merupakan tindak lanjut dari amanat Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah sebagaimana diatur dalam paragraf 7 pasal 320 ayat (1) sampai dengan (5). "Atas nama Pemprov Jambi, saya mengucapkan terima kasih dan apresiasi setinggi-tingginya terhadap apresiasi yang disampaikan fraksi-fraksi DPRD Provinsi Jambi atas keberhasilan Provinsi Jambi dalam meraih opini WTP untuk kesembilan kalinya secara berturut-turut atas audit Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Tahun 2020 dari BPK RI Perwakilan Jambi,” ujarnya. Menurutnya, keberhasilan ini merupakan capaian bersama atas dukungan dan kerja sama antara eksekutif dengan legislatif, mulai dari proses perencanaan, penganggaran, pelaksanaan dan pelaporan APBD. "Kami berharap proses sinergitas ini dapat tetap dipertahankan untuk meminimalisir (menghindari) hal-hal yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan terkait proses penyusunan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah, sehingga diharapkan kedepan APBD yang dihasilkan dapat lebih berkualitas," ujarnya. Atas kritikan pertanyaan tanggapan dan saran yang disampaikan fraksi-fraksi DPRD Provinsi Jambi, Pj Gubernur Jambi meyakini hal-hal yang disampaikan tersebut merupakan upaya untuk mengevaluasi pengelolaan keuangan daerah di Provinsi Jambi, supaya lebih baik lagi kedepannya.
