MUARABULIAN - Belum lama ini Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Batanghari telah mengeluarkan surat kebijakan terkait syarat dalam pemberkasan tunjangan profesi Guru (TPG) triwulan ke IV tahun 2021.Sayangnya, keputusan itu mendapat sambutan kurang baik oleh para Guru penerima sertifikasi. Pasalnya, selama ini tidak ada syarat pemberkasan yang di rekomendasi oleh pengawas. Hal itu,juga dirasakan cukup membebani Guru dalam melengkapi berkas, belum lagi beban mengajar yang menjadi tanggung jawab. Hal ini menurut salah seorang Guru yang enggan disebut namanya, penambahan syarat pemberkasan sertifikasi terlalu dini. " Iya, memang untuk Triwulan ke IV 2021 ini, kita ditambah syarat untuk pemberkasan tunjangan sertifkasi tersebut. Kami juga bingung, padahal beberapa tahun sebelumnya tidak ada syarat itu," ujar Guru kepada Batangharinews.com . Senin (06/12/2021). Untuk melengkapi berkas, ada nya syarat rekomendasi dari pengawas, butuh banyak waktu untuk itu. karena untuk mencari pengawas binaan tak mudah juga, ada Guru yang terkendala jarak m dan tempat. " Kekhwatiran kita pemberkasan kita bisa-bisa telat. Bukan hanya mengurus pemberkasan saja yang juga berulang-ulang tapi bisa dapat meninggalkan jam mengajar," sebutnya. Waktu pemberkasan juga cukup singkat, mulai 5 Desember terakhir 8 desember 2021. Jika berkas tidak di lengkapi sampai tanggal tersebut berkas tidak dapat diterima lagi. Menanggapi hal itu Kepala Disdikbud Batanghari Agung Wihadi melalui Kabid Guru Tenaga Kependidikan (GTK) Abd Basid, S.Ag di ruang kerjanya membenarkan hal tersebut. Persyaratan yang dibuat, bukan untuk memabebani Guru. Hal ini juga sudah diputusakan melalui kordinasi Kadisdikbud dan Pengawas. Sebelum berkalunya syarat itu kata Basid, ia sudah mengumpulkan pengawas agar dalam menjalankan tugas jangan sesekali memperhambat Guru dalam melengkapi pemberkasan. " Tujuannya agar pengawas sekolah memiliki tanggung jawab kepada Guru di sekolah binaan. Nantinya, Guru betul-betul menjalankan tugas dengan profesional, seiring diperbaiki, administrasi dan meningkatkan SDM Guru penerima TPG," jelas Kabid GTk. Keterlibatan pengawas sekolah dalam syarat tunjangan sertifikasi Guru di kabupaten Batanghari ini, agar dapat mengidentifikasi Guru yang profesional. Karena pengawas yang lansung ke sekolah sebagai perpanjangan tangan disdikbud. " Pengawas tentu lebih mengetahui kondisi Guru dan sekolah. Karena mereka terjun kelapangan lansung," cetusnya. Mantan Lurah Terusan tersebut mengatakan bahwa, saat ini perubahan pada administrasi Guru harus diperbaiki. Sebagai Guru penerima TPG yang juga disebut guru profesional tentu harus siap dalam melengkapi administrasi. Hal itu merupakan wujud dari pemkab Batanghari dalam mewujudkan Guru juga memliki tanggung jawab dalam mengajar. Lebih jauh dikatakannya, bahwa setiap Guru memiliki tanggung jawab dalam mengajar. Begitupun sebaliknya, Disdikbud juga memiliki tanggung jawab karena ini menyangkut anggaran negara. " Inikan uang negara yang harus dipertanggung jawabkan, jadi untuk syarat itu pengawas lebih tau Guru itu menjalankan tugas atau tidak, makanya perlu rekomendasi tersebut," tandasnya.
