MUARASABAK - Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur (Tanjab Timur), Sapril, S.IP, Jum'at (15/3/22) pagi, melantik sebanyak 40 pejabat Tinggi Pratama, Administrator dan Pengawas dari eselon II, III dan IV di aula kantor bupati.
Dalam kata sambutannya, Sapril menyebutkan bahwa, dalam dunia pemerintahan rotasi dan mutasi merupakan hal yang wajar dilakukan, karena hal tersebut sebagai upaya penyegaran dalam dunia kerja sesuai peraturan yang berlaku.
Kemudian Sapril memaparkan, dalam kepemimpinan pejabat maksimal mereka menjabat selama 5 tahun. Setelah masa jabatan tersebut sampai, maka jabatan mereka dapat diperpanjang ataupun tidak diperpanjang.
"Pejabat yang dilantik hari ini, merupakan hasil dari evaluasi kinerja, dan kesesuaian yang telah dilakukan beberapa waktu lalu, dan telah mendapat rekomendasi dari Komisi Aparatur SIPIL Negara (KASN)," paparnya.
Kepada pejabat yang baru dilantik, Sapril menghimbau, agar dapat menjalankan tugas dan kewajibannya dengan sebaik baiknya di tempat kerja yang baru. "Tegakkan disiplin ASN, jalankan lah program dan kinerja guna meningkatkan perkembangan Tanjung Jabung Timur kedepannya," himbau Sapril.
"Pelantikan hari ini seyogyanya dapat dijadikan peluang bagi saudara, untuk dapat mengembangkan dan membuktikan kinerja yang saudara miliki," sambungnya.
Kemudian saat pelantikan dilaksanakan, terpantau nama dan jabatan baru pada eselon II, diantaranya, Kepala Dinas Budparpora Dedi Armadi ke jabatan barunya sebagai Kepala Perpustakaan dan kearsipan Daerah. Selanjutnya, Kepala Litbangda, Zekki Zulkarnaen menduduki jabatan barunya menjadi Kepala Dinas Budparpora.
Kemudian Kepala Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Gustin Wahyudi menjabat jabatan baru sebagai kepala Litbangda, sementara itu untuk kepala Dinas Lingkungan Hidup sendiri dijabat oleh Adil P Aritonang yang sebelumnya menjabat Kepala Dinas Perkim.
Untuk Kepala Dinas Perkim yang baru, dijabat oleh Risdiansyah, yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Kepala Dinas PUPR. Sementara untuk Jabatan Kepala Dinas PUPR saat ini sementara kosong.
Diposisi lain, Kepala Dinas DPMPTSP, M. Edward berpindah ke jabatan barunya sebagai Kepala Dinas Pendidikan, ia menggantikan Junaidi Rahmad yang sebelumnya mengundurkan diri dari jabatan. Untuk Kepala Dinas BKPSDMD, yang sebelumnya dijabat oleh Hadi Firdaus berpindah ke jabatan barunya sebagai Kepala Inspektorat.
Kepala Dinas PMD yang sebelumnya dijabat oleh Berliyan, pindah ke jabatan barunya sebagai Staf Ahli Bidang politik hukum dan Pemerintahan. Kepala Dinas PMD digantikan oleh Marion Toni yang sebelum nya menjabat sebagai Kepala Dinas Nakertrans.
Selain itu, pergantian juga terjadi pada jabatan Staf Ahli Bupati bidang kemasyarakatan dan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), dimana sebelumnya dijabat oleh Enizwar, pindah ke jabatan barunya sebagai Kepala Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM. Untuk Jabatan Enizwar sebelumnya, diisi atau dijabat oleh Ibnu Hayat yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Kepala Dinas Perikanan. Saat ini dijabat dan isi oleh Hendri dari jabatan sebelumnya sebagai Kepala Dinas Pol-PP dan Damkar.
Selain nama dan jabatan eselon II diatas, terdapat 28 jabatan dari eselon III dan IV mengalami perubahan dan diisi pejabat baru, terdiri dari para Kepala Bidang dan serta Lurah.
