MUARABULIAN - Terbitnya surat edaran pemberkasan triwulan I (satu) tahun 2022 di kabupaten Batanghari menyulut Guru untuk bersuara. Pasalnya, perintah kepada Guru penerima Tunjangan Profesi Guru (TPG) itu memunculkan 23 poin syarat bagi penerima sertifikasi Guru.Surat edaran yang diteken oleh Kadisdikbud Batanghari Zulfadli,S.Pd,M.Pd, 22 Maret 2022 lalu itu dituangkan 23 poin persyaratan pemberkasan pencairan sertifikasi triwulan I (satu). Kepala Bidang Guru Tenaga Kependidikan Disdikbud Batanghari Basid diwawancarai, Senin (05/04/2022) mengatakan. Dirinya sudah menerima sejumlah kritikan dari Guru penerima TPG itu karena terlalu banyak syarat. " Sesuatu hal jika ingin perubahan itu pasti ada kendala, saya menyadari soal kendala ini, namun disdik akan memanimalisir keadaan tersebut untuk menjalankan yang telah disepakati oleh kepala dinas," ujar Kabid GTK Basid. Pada dasarnya, pemberkasan itu merupakan tanggung jawab dalam melakasakan tugas. Kalau guru itu secara rutinitas laporan kerjanya dibuat, mestinya tidak akan berat. Ia memaparkan, aturan pemberkasan yang ditetapkan oleh diknas Batanghari telah dikordinasikan dengan pengawas sekolah. Sehingga menjadi kesepakatan bersama dengan 23 poin persyaratan Guru dalam melengakapi agar dapat menerima tunjangan sertifikasi. " Untuk poin yang ditambah itu, Guru diminta agar merekapitulasi keterlaksanaan PBM dari Januari sampai Maret 2022," jelas mantan Lurah Terusan itu. Disinggung soal pengajuan pencairan dari diknas ke Keuangan daerah yang syaratnya tidak sebanding dengan ditetapkan kepada Guru, ia menanggapi karena sudah kebijakan kepala dinas, sesuai peraturan menteri yang ada diknas akan melaksanaka sesuai dengan juklak dan dan juknisnya. " Soal persyaratan di provinsi lain tidak sebanyak kita poinya, mungkin kebijakan setiap darah berbeda," cetusnya. Lebih jauh dikatakannya, Saat ini proses pengumpulan pemberkasan dari Guru tengah dilakukan, sejak edaran dikeluarkan. Untuk jumlah yang sudah masuk pemeberkasannya itu belum terpantau, batas akhir diperkirakan 8 april 2022. Selain itu menanggapi keterlambatan pemabayaran sertifikasi Guru triwulan I tahun 2022. Basid mengatakan sesuai dengan regulasi dari pusat bulan maret 2022 sudah laksnakan. Namun karena faktor didaerah regulasi yang dilaksnakan secara bertahap. Basid berharap kepada Guru penerima TPG kedepan, apa yang telah direncanakan merupakan proses peneritiban PBM disekolah, agar laporan kinerja merupakan bagian penting sebagai tanggung jawab Guru menjadi lebih baik.
