‘’Kita ingin memberikan kenyamanan yang senyaman-nyamannya kepada Kaum Muslimin yang sedang menjalankan ibadah puasa. Saya minta SE  itu betul-betul dipatuhi,’’ujar Bupati, Rabu (06/4/22).
SE nomor 461/SETDA/ 227/2022 itu diminta kepada seluruh pelaku usaha tempat hiburan, bilyard, warnet, pijat refleksi, karaoke keluarga dan KTV kakaraoke, agar ditutup dari aktivitasnya.
Untuk tempat usaha seperti warung, toko, di-warning keras agar tidak sekali-kali menjual minuman keras, minuman beralkohol dan minuman tradisional sejenis tuak selama Ramadhan 1443 H.
Selain itu masyarakat dilarang keras melakukan perjudian, baik pada Bulan Ramadhan, maupun setelah berakhirnya bulan puasa di Bumi Tali Undang Tambang Teliti Kabupaten Merangin.
‘’Bagi yang melanggar ketentuan tersebut, akan dikenakan sanksi sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku, mulai dari teguran, pencabutan izin  usaha hingga sanksi pidana,’’tegas Bupati.
Tidak hanya dengan dua SE itu, Pemkab Merangin juga mengeluarkan Himbauan Bersama, terkait pelaksanaan bulan suci Ramadhan 1443 H untuk semua masyarakat Kabupaten Merangin.
Keputusan bersama itu ditandatangani Bupati Merangin H Mashuri, Ketua Kerukunan Umar Beragama Kabupaten  Merangin H Sibawaihi Ismail dan Ketua Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) Merangin Dr H M Joni Musa.
