Jakarta – 12 Mei 2022. Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) Premier Oil (A Harbour Energy Company) yang berkontrak dengan Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas) melakukan pengeboran sumur eksplorasi Timpan-1 pada 10 Mei 2022. Sumur eksplorasi lepas pantai tersebut terletak di Wilayah Kerja (WK) Andaman II, 150 km sebelah utara Kota Lhokseumawe, dengan kedalaman air laut 4,236 ft.
Pengeboran eksplorasi ini dimaksudkan untuk menguji dan mengevaluasi potensi kandungan gas yang terdapat pada struktur Timpan yang berada di bagian barat WK Andaman II. Sumur Timpan-1 dibor secara vertikal dengan menggunakan anjungan pengeboran Drill Ship West Capella. Sumur ini ditajak dengan rencana kedalaman akhir sumur di 14,457 ft MDRT. Pengeboran tersebut termasuk ke dalam kategori laut dalam (Deepwater).
Saat ini status operasi pengeboran sumur Timpan-1 sedang melakukan pengeboran Lubang 26". Program pengeboran sumur Timpan-1 diperkirakan akan dilaksanakan dalam waktu 3 bulan ke depan.
Deputi Operasi SKK Migas Julius Wiratno menyampaikan apresiasi dan dukungannya terhadap realisasi kegiatan pengeboran eksplorasi yang dilakukan oleh KKKS Premier Oil di WK Andaman II. Hal ini menunjukkan potensi hulu migas di Indonesia masih memiliki potensi yang menjanjikan. “Penemuan cadangan migas yang baru menjadi salah satu target SKK Migas dan akan berperan penting dalam upaya meningkatkan produksi hulu migas secara berkelanjutan untuk mencapai target jangka panjang tahun 2030 yaitu produksi minyak 1 juta barel per hari (BOPD) dan gas 12 miliar kaki kubik per hari (BSCFD). Kedepan, potensi hulu migas akan didominasi dari laut dalam, maka keberhasilan pengeboran sumur eksplorasi Timpan-1 diharapkan dapat lebih mendorong investor untuk lebih berinvestasi di pengeboran laut dalam”, kata Julius.
Untuk terus mendorong penemuan migas yang baru, SKK Migas dan KKKS pada tahun 2022 telah menetapkan target sumur pengeboran eksplorasi mencapai 42 sumur. Sampai dengan triwulan pertama 2022 realisasi sumur pengeboran eksplorasi mencapai 5 sumur, dan jika dibandingkan dengan realisasi pada triwulan yang sama tahun 2021 sebanyak 4 sumur, maka capaian pengeboran sumur eksplorasi secara year on year (YoY) mencapai 125 persen. Adapun sampai dengan April 2022, capaian pengeboran sumur eksplorasi sudah mencapai 7 sumur atau sebesar 31 persen cari target tahun ini.
“Melihat capaian program pengeboran di triwulan pertama 2022, maka kami optimis capaian realisasi pengeboran sumur eksplorasi di tahun ini akan lebih baik”, terang Julius.
Lebih lanjut Julius menyampaikan bahwa dengan semakin terkendalinya pandemi Covid-19, serta pelonggaran mobilitas maka pada triwulan kedua SKK Migas dan KKKS akan meningkatkan mobilitas untuk pelaksanaan program pengeboran sumur eksplorasi. “Jika ditahun 2021 koordinasi dengan KKKS mayoritas dilakukan secara online, sehingga kendala-kendala dilapangan tidak terpotret secara menyeluruh, maka dengan koordinasi secara offline yang lebih banyak ditahun ini, maka kami yakin kendala yang ada dapat diselesaikan lebih baik dan lebih cepat sehingga target pengeboran sumur eksplorasi di tahun 2022 optimis dapat direalisasikan sepenuhnya”, pungkas Julius.
Sebelumnya, SKK Migas Sumatera Bagian Utara (Sumbagut) - Premier Oil Andaman Limited telah melaksanakan Sosialisasi pengeboran sumur Timpan-1 kepada pemangku kepentingan baik di Provinsi Aceh maupun Kabupaten/Kota yang menjadi daerah operasional Premier Oil Andaman antara lain Gubernur Aceh, Kapolda Aceh, Pangdam Iskandar Muda, Bupati Aceh Utara, Bupati Bireun, Walikota Lhokseumawe, Danlanal Lhokseumawe, Panglima Laot dan stakeholder terkait lainnya.
Tidak hanya koordinasi dengan pemangku kepentingan, SKK Migas - Premier Oil Andaman sebelum pelaksanaan pengeboran juga telah melakukan berbagai program pengembangan masyarakat disekitar daerah operasi dengan memberikan bantuan Paket Sembako Ramadhan ke Kabupaten Aceh Utara, Kabupaten Bireuen dan Kota Lhokseumawe. Sebelumnya SKK Migas - Premier Oil Andaman juga telah memberikan bantuan Posyandu, Balai Nelayan, Bea Siswa, Sanitasi, dan dukungan giat vaksinasi COVID bersama BPMA dan KKKS lainnya.
Kepala Perwakilan SKK Migas Sumbagut Rikky Rahmat Firdaus menyampaikan bahwa SKK Migas terus mendorong KKKS untuk melakukan kegiatan pengeboran yang massif dalam upaya mengejar target produksi 1 Juta Barel dan 12 BSCFD di tahun 2030. Pengeboran Sumur Timpan-1 yang dilakukan oleh Premier Oil Andaman Limited a Harbour Energy Company merupakan bagian dari 4 sumur eksplorasi yang akan di bor yang di Wilayah Aceh. Wilayah Aceh sendiri untuk KKKS yang berada bawah pengawasan SKK Migas pada tahun 2022 direncanakan akan ada 13 kegiatan sumur pengembangan dan 4 kegiatan sumur eksplorasi.
“Kami mengapresiasi Premier Oil Andaman yang melakukan pengeboran laut dalam perdana ditahun ini yang masuk dalam perairan Aceh. Kami juga berterimakasih atas dukungan stakeholder daerah dalam kelancaran kegiatan pengeboran ini”. ungkap Rikky Rahmat Firdaus.
