Kuala Tungkal - Komisi III dewan perwakilan rakyat daerah (DPRD) Provinsi Jambi pada Jumat (27/5) lalu meninjau hasil bangunan yang menggunakan dana APBD provinsi yang ada di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat.
Sesampainya di kota Kuala Tungkal, ketua komisi lll dan anggota DPRD Provinsi Jambi langsung meninjau bangunan gedung kantor UPTB PPD Tanjung Jabung Barat. Disitu tampak anggota DPRD menyesalkan dengan kualitas yang ada pada bangunan gedung Samsat
Banyak kerusakan yang terjadi membuat berang Ketua komisi 3 DPRD Provinsi Jambi, Ivan Wirata. Katanya secara kasat mata saja pengerjaan proyek terlihat amburadul. Dirinya menekankan pelaksanaan proyek ini tidak mengikuti spek.
"Di situ kami langsung mengecek dan secara kasat mata kami menganggap proyek tersebut harus banyak perbaikan,Oleh karena itu kerusakan-kerusakan yang ada di dalam proses masa pemeliharaan ini harus semuanya diperbaiki. Sesuai dengan apa yang ada di kontrak yang ada dispek," tegasnya saat dikonfirmasi.
Dirinya pun sesuai dengan kewenangan akan menindak tegas sehingga pada bulan Juni proses perbaikannya harus selesai dengan baik oleh karena itu kontraktor, konsultan pengawas dan pengawasan dari pu harus turun langsung.
"Kontraktor, termasuk pengawas dari pu baik konsultan pengawas itu betul-betul jangan main-main," katanya.
Dirinya mencontohkan seperti bangunan kamar mandi di situ pengerjaannya masih berantakan termasuk kunci-kuncinya belum siap. Pada bulan Juli nanti pihaknya pun akan mengecek kembali perbaikan apa yang telah dilakukan.
"Kami sangat menyesalkan hal tersebut terjadi, kontraktor harus ditindak tegas sesuai dengan aturan, kalau kami hanya selaku pengawasan dan saya sebagai komisi tiga berharap kejadian ini tidak terulang,” sesalnya.
Dikatakan nya, seperti banyak pihak ketahui gedung Samsat adalah gedung untuk mencari pendapatan bagi Provinsi Jambi. Artinya performa pelayanan gedung harus baik.
"Gedung tersebut adalah untuk mencari pendapatan bagi Provinsi Jambi di situ adalah bagian dari promosi pemerintah provinsi Jambi jadi bangunan dan pelayanan harus baik," tutupnya.
Diberitakan sebelumnya, pembangunan pengerjaan proyek yang dilaksanakan oleh dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat ( PU-PR) Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi dengan nama proyek lanjutan pembangunan gedung kantor UPTB PPD Tanjung Jabung Barat diduga dikerjakan dengan asal-asalan.
Hal tersebut terlihat dari pantauan Jambi Ekspres di lapangan, pada Selasa (10/5) kemarin banyak kerusakan hingga keretakan keretakan yang terlihat jelas di sekeliling bangunan.
Padahal bangunan yang didanai negara tersebut jumlah kontraknya sangat fantastis mencapai 6,1 miliar. dan sama sekali belum difungsikan sejak selesai dikerjakan. Itu diduga dikarenakan pihak pengerja dengan nama CV linas konstruksi dan konsultan supervisi CV Bosco consultant mengerjakannya tidak maksimal.
