MERANGIN - Tim II Opsnal Sat Reskrim Polres Merangin kembali membongkar sindikat penadah hasil tindak pidana pencurian kenderaan bermotor (CURANMOR) yang terjadi diwilayah hukum Polres Merangin. Hal tersebut bermula dengan ditangkapnya MM (33) warga Dusun Lamo Desa Lubuk Gaung Kecamatan Batang Masumai Kabupaten Merangin pada Kamis (16/02/2023) sekira pukul 01.00 WIB di Taman Hijau Muara Bungo Kecamatan Bungo Kabupaten Muara Bungo.
Berdasarkan hasil penyidikan didapat informasi bahwa sebelumnya pelaku (MM) sudah 7 (tujuh) kali melancarkan aksi pencurian kendaraan bermotor diwilayah hukum Polres Merangin. Yang mana semua kendaraan bermotor hasil pencurian yang dilakukan oleh (MM) dijual kepada rekannya selaku penadah dengan inisial S (30) warga Kecamatan Nibung Kabupaten Musi Rawas Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Berbekal informasi yang didapat dari (MM) selanjutnya Kapolres Merangin AKBP Dewa N Nyoman Arinata, S.I.K., M.H memerintah Kasat Reskrim untuk melakukan pengembangan atas informasi tersebut.
Tepatnya pada Jum’at (17/02/2023) sekira pukul 02.00 WIB Tim II Opsnal Sat Reskrim Polres Merangin yang dipimpin oleh AIPDA Azhadi Ananda Putra, S.H berhasil membekuk S (30), yang merupakan warga Desa Mulya Jaya Kecamatan Nibung Kabupaten Musi Rawas Sumatera Selatan. Pelaku ditangkap di tanjakan SKB Bungo Barat Kecamatan Bungo Kabupaten Muara Bungo pada saat melakukan transaksi jual beli sepeda motor hasil curian. Pada saat pelaku ditangkap turut diamankan barang bukti berupa :
- Uang sejumlah Rp. 4.500.000 ( empat juta lima ratus rupiah ) dari hasil jual beli motor bodong.
- HP Oppo A 15 warna hitam
- ATM BRI An.Sugianto
- KTP An.ugianto
- Dompet hitam kulit milik kakak ipar Sugianto
- KTP An. Toni Andika
- ATM an. Toni Andika
- HP Vivo y20 warna putih hitam
- Uang sejumlah Rp 600.000 ( enam ratus ribu rupiah )
Setelah pelaku (S) dan barang bukti berhasil diamankan tepatnya pada Sabtu (18/02/2023) Tim langsung melakukan pengembangan ketempat dimana pelaku penadahan menampung kendaraan R2 dari hasil kejahatan, yang mana berdasarkan keterangan pelaku bahwa kenderaan R2 hasil kejahatan tersebut disimpan oleh pelaku di Desa Mulya Jaya Kecamatan Nibung Kabupaten Musi Rawas.
Kemudian Tim berkoordinasi dengan personil Polsek Nibung untuk melakukan pengecekan dan setelah di lakukan pengecekan ditemukan sebanyak 4 (empat) unit kenderaan bermotor R2 yang merupakan hasil dari kejahatan diwilayah hukum Polres Merangin dengan rincian :
- 1 (satu) Unit SPM R2 Merk Yamaha N-max Nopol BH 5241 XE
- 1 (satu) Unit SPM R2 BEAT warna putih biru Nopol BH 5830 PN
- 1 (satu ) Unit SPM R2 merk Honda Scoopy warna merah hitam Nopol BH 5880 XB
- 1 (satu ) Unit SPM R2 Merk Honda Scoopy Warna Hitam Silver Nopol : BH 4799 PN
Selanjutnya pelaku dan barang bukti diamankan ke Polres Merangin untuk Penyidikan lebih lanjut.
Kasubsi Penmas Polres Merangin AIPTU Ruly, S.Sy,.M.H. menuturkan, bahwa pengungkapan terhadap sindikat jaringan Curanmor antar Provinsi ini bermula dari ungkap kasus terhadap tersangka MM (33) yang sebelumnya melancarkan aksi pencurian terhadap 1 (satu) unit Honda Scoopy pada Rabu (15/02/2023) sekitar pukul 11.00 WI di Desa Mentawak Kecamatan Bangko Kabupaten Merangin.
"Untuk saat ini baru berhasil diamankan barang bukti R2 sebanyak 6 (enam) unit dari kedua Tersangka, dan saat ini Tim Opsnal masih bergerak untuk melakukan pengembangan atas laporan polisi yang lain.
